Hello Everybody,Just a quick update:The gold coin exchange did not go as planned. Some unexpected things have put their hands up which apparantly could simpy bepredicted whenever we established issues moving, therefore we have currently delayed the swap. We don't wish to danger losing data that could possibly imply we don't know what coins belong to who (in offline wallets).This only denotes that everything continues to be it was un il recommendaions a strategy to move ahead.Remain updated for additional updates!All the best,Jensltt

No, the team was very careful about defining their token so it will have no problems passing the Howey test. Nowhere in your link does it reference the word member or membership being excluded from this. This makes is seem more like a ponzi scheme when you use the word membership.

Can someone address the Huge disparity between the current trading price and the price Salt is selling memberships for ?

Which country are you from?Salt Lending is going to be available for lending in the US first, but it will expand to other countries later.

Curious so it has salt listed as a $25 platform value on their website, does this mean that salt tokens have a $25 effect as collateral for a loan received or --?

The idea is great (Loan Platform) - its similar to ONIX. ONIX can be used for daily payments in stores and transactions are very very fast ... Lets hope they implement it right, it could be a big hit !

Still no response why the "membership" coin price is so much higher than the price you can buy them for. Why buy a membership? I have seen nothing that explains the difference between the $5.00 or $10 "membership" coin price and the $3-$4 price the coins are selling for.
