There is no genuine motivation to make it illicit. With respect to now, it is FAR from being undermining to banks and government.

On the off chance that it were, the legislature could essentially manage its utilization, rather than prohibiting it totally.

Distinctive nations have diverse perspectives of this, and I question the entire world will concede to restricting something like this ever

Bitcoin is close to to probably be banned and illegal with the aid of governments because it's far certainly a hazard to their profits. but, because of the fact that Bitcoin is not familiar but in all stores worldwide, they would not ban it due to the fact along with your prices and belongings you buy with fiat been converted from bitcoin comes a percentage of tax that also goes to them.

Why make it illegal if you could just regulate it and get taxes from people who make money with Bitcoin?
That's a whole lot of revenue for the government that they would be missing out on if made illegal.

But Bitcoin is actually also illegal in a couple of countries: https://atozforex.com/news/top-countries-where-bitcoin-is-illegal/
yes that is the fact. i also think that most of the states have now a very changed attitude about bitcoin.
As bitcoin is safe and safe things have its time ,might be it will take bit more tore time but surely it will have its place soon ...

However, different countries will take different measures. Some countries believe that blockchain and bitcoin are new technologies and should be vigorously developed, while others have banned these technologies due to their own problems.

because each government is led by a different president, therefore each country has a different economic system as well
if indeed the BTC is considered safe and acceptable to the public without having to consider its negative impact, it is likely BTC can be adopted by the whole government

Because anyone that can visualize the future can see that bitcoin and altcoins will be the thing of the future. If they manage to stopped it at this  time, it will appear again and stronger than before. So if they made it illegal, they'll just look dumb because they will also just accept it next time.

A good question. The government can easily ban Bitcoin, that's the only thing they can do since technically speaking, they cannot destroy it totally. But they didn't because I think we all know the answer to this question. The government doesn't ban Bitcoin worldwide in some countries because they are realizing that Bitcoin is an opportunity and not a threat. Banning Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies would be futile. I think the smarter move would be creating regulations that make a win-win situation for both the government and the technology.

because they can not. bitcoin is really hard to control and centralize. Therefore, it will take long time to make bitcoin illegal worldwide

Because cryptocurrencies are Decentralised and transactions are nearly impossible to track and bitcoin is very unpredictable for the future and so the government is still thinking about it.

Bitcoin is known as one of the official cryptocurrencies in the world and no government can control it. Bitcoin is now legal worldwide and they can not control what is inside. Price, value and supply and demand vary from time to time and that is a good thing because it is not centralized like fiat. Many users use it for illegal purposes but it is just like a fiat.

Bitcoin cannot be made illega worldwide because there are still some governments in some countries which understands the real concept of Bitcoin and the benefits it offers the economy of the country. Such countries are positive about the patronage of Bitcoin.

I dont suppose why,but i experience that they're still not take delivery of it because they see what the absolutely should do about having bitcoin, but as of now many united states was recognizing to apply this bitcoin due to the fact they already see what bitcoin can do and might exchange ,just like price machine or payment technique these are the things that bitcoin has.

I thing that the biggest reason why governments doesn't make bitcoin illegal is there really isn't anything that is getting violated here. And I think countries still don't see it as something like a threat because not many people know about bitcoin

There is no real reason to make it illegal. As for now, it is FAR from being threatening to banks and government. If it were, the government could simply regulate the use of it, instead of banning it completely. Different countries have different views of this, and I doubt the whole world will agree on banning something like this ever.

Hi First of all, forbidding Bitcoin is something a democratic country can not do openly. This will create social unrest.
(Bitcoin is a new technological breakthrough) and not something evil or dangerous - putting Bitcoin on the same level as the drug is very stupid.
Instead of being banned, do not I imagine that bitcoins will be embraced and strictly regulated to eliminate any kind of 'illegal activity

Maybe because some government believes in digital currency.  Other just doing a research before they decide if they are going to take it as legal or illegal in their country.

Because the state understands what great prospects has a crypto currency. And secondly, it is now impossible to prohibit the crypto currency, since so many people support it throughout the world.

I'm wondering this because is such a real threat to bank system and we all know how banks and governments are tightly linked !

BTC could make people more autonomous, self-resilient, being their own bank. You can use it like cash, making your transaction almost untraceable (or untraceable using e.g. monero or dash or laundry systems) : this is governments worst nightmare, isn't it ?

Simply because some government still believe in bitcoin and take it as a currency. Some government are open for a new technology change if it is for the better and they see it as a good one.
