Because the governments fear that copper bitcoins may affect their currencies. They want to control the bitcoin co but they can not, so they have allied themselves to destroy the copper bitcoin.

There are a lot of reason behind this thing and the most important reason i think if government make this legal then no one will go towards the bank and the whole banking service will become stop.

I'm wondering this because is such a real threat to bank system and we all know how banks and governments are tightly linked !

BTC could make people more autonomous, self-resilient, being their own bank. You can use it like cash, making your transaction almost untraceable (or untraceable using e.g. monero or dash or laundry systems) : this is governments worst nightmare, isn't it ?

Its exactly right. There are a lot of the perspectives about BTC. In the position of government, they have to consider thoroughly because their decision would affect considerably to citizen. BTC now is volatile and not stable to apply nationally in the country. So thats why the government still ban it. We should have more the regulation to make BTC be secured.

They do for their citizen and not for their ownselves because they see that bitcoin price was volatile and they not want that because when they rely on bitcoin then the price dump, the economy of country will affect and that's what they don't want because they afraid of having bad issues or bad effect.

Hmmmmm))))) This is a very interesting question))) I have a version on this) Well, firstly, if something happens, then the government on any of this involved and has its benefits from this. So it was always. The illusion of struggle is created for the development of budgetary funds. And the second is that the world is ruled by several competing castes. And if to be honest, just do not laugh, but if you are in the subject, then you will not))) This is a different alien race))) So blockade is a retaliatory blow of the banking sistem.Shah and mat ladies and gentlemen. It is impossible to remain in power forever, someone will always come to you to replace. At best, it should be the one who is smarter, stronger and fairer !!!

I thought so too, but I think the reason governments around the world don't make Bitcoin illegal is because Bitcoin is new, hasn't given a loss and helped many people finance...but whatever their reasons, I'm sure they still think Bitcoin isn't bad.
For me it is just a matter of time when we all will be able to use bitcoin legal in most of the countries, we just need to wait till goverments will find out that crypto could give some advantages for their people and for their goverments too.

Well there's nothing to say they might eventually, but I don't think bitcoin is big enough for them to be worried about just yet, but I'm sure they're keeping an eye on it. If it ever becomes a threat I'm sure they may step up the heat by trying to regulate it into oblivion or just using propaganda to tarnish the name.

Cash is a better currency to launder your money, though. It's completely untraceable, whereas bitcoin by its nature has a ledger of every transaction that ever happened. If a drug dealer wanted to do a transaction on the street for cash then there's absolutely no record of that, so maybe they should look to ban cash (which I'm sure will be phased out eventually anyway for some sort of government backed digital currency).

Governments don't want to make BTC illegal worldwide because it's against their interests. They must know there isn't a way to control it technically. If they ban it, it'll go underground and they will lose their chance to control it and the btc holders. Making it illegal is the best way to hide it even from the government itself. Hopefully, they're not that stupid.

You are exaggerating the possibilities of cryptocurrency. at the moment, bitcoin does not pose a threat to banks, as it is impossible to buy goods for bitcoin.

Most likely because of the possibility of fraud. Many residents do not even know how to use cryptocurrency. And the economy of some countries does not allow you to enter even some kind of cryptocurrency.

I think that the governments don't make Bitcoin illegal because they either A. Created it or B. Want to take it over.  If they didn't want it they would tell us to stop or we will be imprisoned.

Because the government does not have the advantage if the bcc exists and is legal, the government cannot control the btc because the btc controls the conventional bank, while if it is legalized the state bank will be threatened, with the pretext of protecting its citizens. illegal government or btc ban.

I personally do not see why they would want to ban it if there is a way around it to benefit from it. Btc is used within a country and hence add up to the country's economy.
I sometimes wonder why the developing countries won't take advantage of this opportunity to grow their economy

Rather than making it illicit, they ought to rather search for an approach to direct it with the end goal that they can have a little control over it in their nation. The issue with government and bitcoin is the powerlessness of government to control bitcoin as they want, that's the reason bitcoin has dependably been a danger to them. I put stock in closest future a way will be raised to manage bitcoin and not pronouncing it unlawful.

Because it is not in their interests. They want to get more money from the banking system which is controlled by the government and they don't want to lose their money giving a part of the market to BTC

Today many governments and banks have changed their attitude towards Bitcoin, it is no longer as hostile as it once was. they are now more friendly towards bitcoin. They know how they can use Bitcoin too and they are very aware that it is impossible to make it illegal. They accept it as inevitable and they do not want to fight against Bitcoin again.

I can be wrong but I think that governments do not make cryptocurrency illegal throughout the world, because they understand that the more they forbid it, the more people will use BTC and altcoins.

Adoption Blockchain e-Commerce to World
We hope all countries can legalize bitcoin. Maybe that's what most people expect. There may be some, but as you say, the potential of bitcoin is huge, it's blockchain technology, there are governments that utilize bitcoin. I also wondered the same thing. if they do that, people find other ways to buy and store unregistered bitcoins. I hope the government can give legal status under various conditions. of course this will make the motivation for bitcoin to make improvements and innovations so that the best solution we can take .

Governments don’t make BTC illegal worldwide because even though they have no control in it due to its decentralised control feature they are aware of the high usage and demand of it to a lot of people and it is indeed a good help in financial aspects.
