they invest they either not know it is a scam or they have done their research. during ICO the bonus is high and the early to invest get most. many investors research for a good ICOs that is why there are still many investing but this past months crypto is not good so there are many that stop investing and just waiting for opportunity.
Apparently, no one will know they are investing in a scam and still end up investing in it anyway, it is just the mindset a lot of people bought into the space, laziness to learn and look for information, not even knowing what to look out for before investing in a project, and then a lot of scammers capitalizing on that. Icos are not going to be out of fashion anytime soon and people will keep investing in them because many have made 10x, 100x and even 1000x with some icos, so the profit potential is huge that no other traditional investment provides that is why icos are here to stay.
