I think the thing that makes someone still poor is that he doesn't have a clear vision about money, he thinks that money is a normal thing and is not his target or hope, when he gets a lot of money it will be easy to spend it according to his pleasure, he always thinks that tomorrow there will be the same money.
The main thing I understand is that if someone is able to put in the right effort in the right place then he will get his fair value. But those who do not get the opportunity to do that work are basically the ones who cannot change their position. However, in some cases, efforts to eradicate poverty have not been successful. I have seen some people who were able to change their situation in a short period of time due to good luck. Again there were many people who tried and worked hard but they could not succeed. I think there is no way for hard work in eradicating poverty.

You are right @serjent05, and I can agree that some people do lose hope in the race to chase for wealth and gain financial freedom, but the fact still remains true that many people did not just choose poverty over riches; they have tried their possible best to make wealth and become great in success, but environmental challenges, governmental strict regulations or taxation, family problems, etc. Some people living in environments where the cost of living is very expensive (urban cities) and some in rural areas where there is no good development happening can also not have any good business or job to pay them well in such areas. Then speaking of the government, the rate of taxation is being increased, inflation so high, and they are doing nothing to control it, etc. Also, some family issues, like health challenges, can make it difficult for someone to focus and think straight.
If man does not awaken the humanity within his heart and lives in idleness, he will never become rich. If a man tries, he can certainly become rich. There are some people who earn a lot of money but do not keep account while spending that money, if they spend money without account they will never be rich. Every man has to work hard to become rich, only hard work can make him rich. Here you earned money by working hard but if you spend without calculating the income expenditure you can never be rich. Of course to get rich you have to calculate all the hard work plus income expenditure but you can achieve success in life.
People will only be able to be a wealthy if they perform for it because without tolerance of difficulties one cannot perform well. Making account is necessary because if you don't have any account and spend all amount of money which you get then you will enter into the state of poverty in no time.
I know that every individual is not wealthy but unnecessary spending of money is a person's fault, if you have endurance then you can live a simple life and you can also save money which will help you to spend less and save more. Sometimes an individual (business owner) who has everything you could think of can one day go bankrupt or things can be going bad for him/her.
