Gambling is really good for entertainment and people want to make money from it, that's why people still keep gambling.
Actually, I gamble for entertainment and make new friends. Gambling is also a lesson before starting trading. Because gambling is quite useful when one day it will actually start trading.
Basically gambling games have a purpose for entertainment because that's the nature of the gambling game. I feel a little sad if I see someone playing gambling with the aim to earn income. And I saw that they could lose a lot of things. Never play gambling for income because it is a risky thing. Finding entertainment to relieve stress is the right thing to be our reason for playing gambling.
Gambling is very important to me. Almost every weekend, i go gambling with friends. It's the best activity for me to help me entertain myself after a long tiring week. I don't do it because i want to win money, it's totally for fun to me. Of course i would love to win and it's great to win every once in a while, but money is not my main reason to play.
But even tho i do it weekly, i always try to control myself to avoid falling in addiction trap.

I'm not convinced by assertion that gambling is needed for us, except just for fun or wasting just little money. Because, gambling isn't place to make money well.

Why we need to gamble it is depends and vary person to person itself. Life itself a gambling. Gamble is not the everyone's cup of tea. For me twice or thrice in a year for just fun only. but most of people's habit itself is gambling they are not able to control them self.
Wrong headline, I don't believe that "we" need to gamble, I don't need, I do it because I like it. Gambling is not our need, and shouldn't be, its entertainment. Fun activity that can bring some joy in winning some nice money, but even after losing there shouldn't be some bad emotions if you enjoyed in playing and hoping for some big win. For me gambling is fun that can be profitable sometimes, as long as I have some money for playing and coming back.
It is not an entertainment for everyone, most of us do gambling because we are taking the risk to double our money, believe or not but that is the truth. Others are just saying that they do only gambling for entertainment, but I know deep inside, they are craving to win the jackpot which is every gamblers dream, however it is not that easy, you have to go through a lot of losses before you could get something big like jackpot.
Instead of playing gambling, or asking if we really do need to gamble, why not think of something else that is more safe and more worth to do than gambling.

I think you don't need to gamble if you stressed out because it will attract your anger to come and if somehow you cannot win then you will become angry with everyone around you. it is good if you just sleep when you stressed out because you need to take a rest for a while and not to playing gambling. maybe this will work for few people but it is still not recommended for us to playing gambling.
