I buy my bitcoins when I want to make a payment with bitcoins.
That's mostly the case when I want to buy a subscription online.
And the rest of my bitcoins after the putrchase go into my savings account for bitcoins.
Who knows, maybe one day it will be worth a small fortune...

He bought bitcoins back June this year so probably if he was not tempted to sell he can make a good profit with the year end. You are right that you do not need to do exert much effort to have that price as just by holding alone it can already give you a good profit in the long run.

I do buy bitcoin just to have profit,this is the easiest way to earn bitcoin, buy bitcoin wait till it goes up and then sell of them. Sometimes i buy bitcoin to pay for some services or task that i will offer.

I don't think it is very sustainable to "grow" your bitcoins in a gambling site. Rather you are probably faced with a big red losing streak once you actually start gambling, because the house edge will not allow you to win in the long term.

I buy bitcoins because it is a quick an easy method to transact money and value overseas instantly. That is the main reason.

either way purchase bitcoin at this time is a high risk activity and i would be happy purchase some altcoins at this moment in time as i dont want to risk my money entering at the price it is now.

Trading is a good opportunity for those who need to earn money but this is risky for those who did not know how to do it, and gambling is very risky since you can lose your money in only short of time, I would say better to trade than gambling, and also I usually buy bitcoin to pay some of my bills.
