Using real money on gambling is more safe than using your bitcoin, if you use fiat on gambling, you could not lose too much, but if you are going to use bitcoin, you are going to lose too much profits since its price is more high than the price of fiat, it is a wise move. But if we are going to look the other side, making more profits could be earn if you will use bitcoin(though the risk is higher) but if you are a lucky guy, then why not use bitcoin.

You don`t have many gamblers on this forum, you have more people that like to talk about it and get paid for that talk rather then gamble. I have fun while I gamble cause I like to gamble, with money its fun without money it is just a games for kids, with other words without money involved you just don`t have that feeling, that thrill, that is the best explanation you can get. You have many `gambling games` that you can play for free, but that is just not that feeling for me, its like I`m wasting my time and energy for nothing.

because I think if people are only playing gambling, they cannot use their time to do other things and they can spend all of their money in all day. the government thinks this will makes people losing their money at the table and they become lazy to start a new work. there are many places or activities that we can use to have fun and not only playing gambling but unfortunately, many people attracted to gambling games to get fun and they don't realize that this will make them become addicting in gambling.

Playing for fun by using real money will add excitement to the game for the players. And I think this will only apply for those people who have a lot of money to waste. Some players are gambling to gain. Just like the people I know who are gamblers. Where in gambling become their "job" they rely entirely with gambling as an income.

I also gamble for fun using real money. Playing games in facebook or other apps/games is fun but it is not exciting and thrilling. I guess winning/losing real money makes the difference. Simple explanation but thats the truth.

You may also compare it to trading in a demo account and trading in a live one. You can be a winning trader on a demo account but a loser on a live account. Emotions play a big difference.

They claim it's because some people don't know when to stop, so all the rest must suffer together by not being allowed to gamble.
Another excuse is the religious appeal.

I believe the main point is that casinos can be used as laundering money method, so governments prefer to not legalize casinos, what could let them collect taxes from gambling than allowing it and having some guys laundering money...

I gamble for fun but I need money too. Gambling for fun for me means that whenever I lose money from my habits, I try to prevent that loss from hurting my finances and my life. If I play with "fake money" I will not have fun. Nothing is free in this world including fun!

Just like when we spend some money for our hobby e.g fishing, sports, watching movies at the cinema, etc. For an activity that gives us some fun, it is reasonable if we should spend some money including gambling. The fun on gambling is not limited to the feel of playing the game but the feel of losing and winning money.
Obviously it is hard to accept losing money on gambling as a fun thing, but if we have decided to gamble for fun only means that we will not feel so bad when losing money because we are ready for it before start.

If we are already expecting it from the beginning then we wont really hurt up so much if we do lose up that money since we are already allocating it for gambling alone.Its not really entertaining if we do make use of play money we wont really fill the enjoyment even though losing is not a good thing but the feeling that it gives is incomparable into other things.

What makes gambling fun for most of the high and low rollers is the thrill of winning nor lossing their money on to something. Well yea it's easy money if you win but the urgw that forces you to gamble again.

Gambling is really fun if you're thinking postively at betting and knows how to controll and when to stop at gambling.

I play because i already have really big money,it's for my knowledge and for fun at the same time,i think also we need it in life like foods but always think you play because you can afford that,everyday life of a person need to be happy so we need to play even we risk some money and if you lose then try again and again until you win but do it for fun and do it sometimes only.

I think it has something to do with the stress relieving aspect of gambling. For me it's definitely the thing. Why do people play bowling for fun using real money? Why do they play many other games when you have to pay your money to play a game in which you can't win anything? I think for the same reason. That's a healthy approach to gambling btw. Playing in order to earn money leads to gambling addiction which is a sickness.

because the thrill is there,the idea of you might lose your money makes the gaming exciting.think of whats happening when we are playing online using bitcoins,we can afford of losing large amount because we dont hold it as physical money,thats why its easy for us to let them lose,but in actual betting we valued every amount we bet becaue we can feel being loss .

Well I dont see any problem when you play gambling just for fun. Because its your money, its your choice where and when you are going to use it. Because you have all the control with it. Lucky if you win,because your money will grow, and sad if you loss. Because im sure you will regret it in the end.

When I first gamble online about 3 years ago, I am contented in the free btc given by the site primedice for the starter to be able to play (Im playing for fun though). But as time passes I became greed to earn huge amount so I used my own money, unfortunately I became addicted in gambling. It takes time when I finally overcome my addiction and its already in the past.

I rarely gamble now but still using my own money however this time I have self control especially I know my priorities and I learned from the past mistakes.
