Maybe because it was pass on from generations to generations. It was from our ancestors and from our great grandparents where beliefs were pass on to us. When we were born and came to our senses, our parents already introduced us to God regardless of what religion they have. When our brains are still fresh the first thing that were instilled in our mind is about God and church.
In the history, and before knowing that god exists people always have to believe in someting (cows, monkeys ...).
But after knowing that god exists, it is in their minds all the time.

Who create God? Why there is always a confusion, misunderstanding and debates on the topic of God? Why do people want God? Isn't we are the one to make everything possible? We don't have to give our faith and hope to God. Isn't it ? Why God exists in all people mind? 
The Christian God is our creator and He was not created but He created all things. If you would look at the history of mankind, people always put something or someone on top of them, above them to be worship and looked up to. They always desire to have someone to rule over them. Either they enthrone a person as king or make an image or object of worship. And it is there, in their hearts and mind that someone more sovereign exists and needs reverence. It is all because of ignorance that they set up all these things to be their object of worship, they dont know that there is Someone sovereign called God that deserves all their adoration and honor and worship. That someone is called God and their hearts know it because they've been created by Him.
I see it like a support to people, indeed we are the only who can make things possible.
Not everyone believes in God, but God accompanies them in life. God created all life on the planet and he loves it regardless of whether they believe in it or not.

Difficult here so at once to answer this question. Actually there are very much these answers. Most people do not even try to find a necessary answer on this question. It is possible to expend in all life decision of this task, but so her and not to decide.
Logical explanation for that statement is that Humans back in the day couldn't explain what and why is happening around them.(Why is there a sun? Why was my home striked by earth quake etc.) People still believe in god cause that's what they were thought from young age or something dramatically happen in their life that they think it's the cause of some "unknown power" while saying that I don't personally believe in it while I'm not discharging it being true.

That's taking the bible literally to the letter. I don't think it happened that way. I believe in god though i'm quite skeptic about how everything is being described in the bible and it probably shoudn't be taken literally. And not all people believe in god. So saying that he does exist in all people's minds is quite inaccurate as well.
I dont think it exist in every ppl minds and this kind of existing thing just show other a path where is peace is who is in search of it he will believe it and who dont care about anything he will only simple thing

God exists in our daily life because we were born and taught about God. Ever since we were kids we were taught how great God is and that God created everything. And it became our belief, God became our hope whenever we feel down. It takes away the burden whenever we know that we have someone who will listen and take away even a little the burden that we are carrying.

If you believe there is God, and you believe that God created everything on earth including all mankind, outside the earth such as galaxy, stars and heaven, therefore, it is no need to answer who create the creator, because if I am God's masterpiece, do you think there is a chance for me to find out who create God? 
Because god is everywhere so the god is all-knowing and all-hearing do not you think God is not around us.
I also believe on God, but logically speaking my answer is to this question is having a God is just a defense mechanism of people long ago. They are looking support or fall back for hardships or suffering they are experiencing. The need of being secure to be specific. Thats why they are worshipping by praying and rituals way back then.
It is a question of anyone where man came from.

First of all not all people have God in Mind, not always. Having God in mind makes some person feel safe and comfortable but there are some that their God will only exist in their mind if they have something to get or referring to selfishness.
the day when human was born , as a baby the parents keep in mind of thier child that god is exist , and god gave them a blessing , as the baby grows up into a kid and into adult they carry their parents thoughts about god ,, because god is everything , god created everything in this world , peoples need god because they want them to protect them in any evil deeds , people always need god at all times.
God exist because he created everything around us and us. He control our mind in normal state.
He can do anything and only Him can make miracles. He gives us hope in better tomorrow and healthy brain and spirit.
