I think why god exist in all people's mind because of the thing called curiosity because how to we people, animals, world and the whole universe existed? Because we all believe that there is a creator. To be honest i dont really believe in the scientific approach on how the universe was build because of the big bang theory so what is the reason behind why big bang theory existed because there is a creator and the creator is our God.
God exists in every mind because of fear. Fear from being stolen, killed or raped. Our mindsets have become like this from childhood from the preaching we have been provided at home and school based on our religion.
Aside from fear, God exists in people's minds because they are very grateful to Him for all the blessings He had showered upon us. God is also in our mind because we seek for guidance and protection. God is always there for us and in return, God should also be in our minds.

I believe this is something apt to the knowledge base in human. It's all around religion is everywhere.

Majority of humans possess these four characteristics, a few idle minds don't.
1. Self-awareness begins where self-sufficiency ends. You would never be aware of yourself if you are not self sufficient.
2. Conscience is a moral sense of right and wrong. If you aren't self-aware how do you know what is right and wrong. There is a proverb, conscience is like a dog which doesn't bite, but barks incessantly. Having a conscience leads to independent will.
3. You aren't aware of yourself, you can't distinguish between right and wrong, you don't have an opinion of yourself, then there is no independent will. Being aware and having a conscience is the way to independent will.

This is ultimate freedom. Now why God exists in human mind is quite simple,
Some people end up finding God in one of these endowments, some people think they found God without any of these endowments, atheists blame God without having any of these endowments, atheists blame God after having ultimate human freedom.
Would there be a lack of people integrating God into their self-awareness, conscience, will, imagination? No. So God will exist in human minds. And if they prefer to worship or follow this God they are free to do so because they have considered it equal to their ultimate freedom. Nothing wrong in it.
People need someone stronger and more powerful than they are, to whom they will believe and will be afraid of him, that he will help them in tense situations and punish if they live wrong.
I don't think so.
People need someone who will give them purpose of life, give strength and love and love them.
If you can give just fear, I don't think that many people will follow you.
But, if you can give love, everybody will follow you with joy

Are you sure that people need it? It seems to me that people just been told that they can't live as they want. I live well without all sorts of religious prejudice, but less likely to commit sins than some who consider themselves believers.

Many times people follow what their parents teached them, i can tell you the amount of people who believed in God has reduced.
In my opinion, our beautiful brains created concept of god but there is no real god who makes things real in the blinking of an eye. Our minds can't accept the reality of evolotiion because we create something with our hands. For that reason , we suppose that we must be created by a hand of a creator ... This is the simple answer for this problem.
Personally, I believe in God, but to each their own.
If you believe in God then perhaps you need to reread the books. I wonder how you think bitcoin is also God created or not?It's funny when people today believe in the existence of guys with a beard who sits on a cloud all and creates all controls only in this case it did not work.

Who create God? Why there is always a confusion, misunderstanding and debates on the topic of God? Why do people want God? Isn't we are the one to make everything possible? We don't have to give our faith and hope to God. Isn't it ? Why God exists in all people mind? 
If the issue is about religion or God it is a never ended debate. Not all people have God. I believe that there are 2 things that are concerning to the belfs some people is God. There are people that prays for worshiping their God, giving thanks for all the blessings but there are some that prays just to have what they want, somehow showing selfishness.
My belief is that generally there are two versions.
First is that God exists, somewhere above us, watch us, play us and it is a show which he is directing.
Second one is that God exists inside us. Inside every living being and every decision taken is a part of us and him.
In both the versions God exists, why.? No one knows..

The third version that he left us on this planet and went somewhere,
fourth is that he doesn't exist at all,
fifth is that he's just an idea existing in peoples mind,
sixth is that there are actually many, many gods and not just one,
seventh is that the god/gods are long dead and we're waiting for new ones to come,etc...
There's millions of versions and possibilities and you have one version and that's that god exists and it's not "no one knows", it's I don't know in your case.

And that for your freedom He doesn't damn you on the spot for rejecting Him... because He loves you, even though He doesn't go along with many of your ideas.

Well I think God exists in people's mind because we are naturally religious, no matter what race or nationality you are people are always bound by religion, but not all, there are some who doesn't believe in God.
That is right, not all of the people are believing that God exists, though they are following what they're religions are doing and they're beliefs. It is a culture of people to believe in something extraordinary, without a proof.

God is our father who act in heaven! He created us and he is our redeemer and lord. He dwell in our minds and because of this he create Eternity in our hearts even before the foundation of the earth. Man most think about God as his offspring.
