Maybe because they think that bitcoin is a scam so they dont recognize it. They must know the good features of it. Virtual money is really a good way of transaction. in my opinion because crypto can't be controlled. crypto has the advantage of decentralization. it is natural that the government is afraid that if crypto is legalized it can cause a problem. one of them might be inflation, or even tax evasion and others.
Because the government can not take tax from cryptocurrency. All banks take interest on loans or deposits, but they can not control the cryptocurrency, so they try any methods to prohibit or make people lose interest in the cryptocurrency.
Governments do not like crypto currencies because the government cannot control them. But as we know any government wants to control absolutely everything, especially in the financial sphere.
States do not like cryptocurrency because it breaks the already established stereotypes about money!

It is possible that in the future cryptocurrency will be able to change the existing and political and economic structure on our planet. Therefore, governments are afraid of this and do not want to allow it.

I don't think the Governments doesn't likely hate crypto. They just put an action to anything that may have a threat to their society and end it before it could harm their place.
Even if not all governments, some governments do not like crypto. I think the first reason is because cryptos don't have a central system. Most of governments want to control the money system themselves. In the other reason, governments have not received any tax from the crypto coins until now. If governments develop a system that can take tax from crypto currencies, their views on crypto coins will be more positive.
