Legally decentralized things are not allowed to use in this world so far that is how it drafitically mentioned but fact the people who have control money and controlling the world economy not allowing bitcoin to take charge.

Simply because they cannot regulate the bitcoin which is the thing that they do not like. With this we can say that they do not want cryptocurrency because they cannot get a hold into it. They do not like it. This is mot necessary for them. They want everything to be im their control.
