From my perspective i think people loves ICO. Because it is very easy to access and its prices are also very low. But it’s true some ISOs performances are not well.
Personally I think ICOs are great because this is the very period when both the participants & entrepreneur can make profit at the same time. It is a great period to invest, the token price are set at their lowest is this period. So makes sense to invest.

Too many scammers nowadays so not so easy to find good projects to invest. Just remember to invest your spare money in these high-risk projects and never borrow money to invest in these ICO's.
