Bill Gates has been on record that he would have short BTC if he could. He was on his tour with Buffet where they are slamming BTC every chance they get. He says that he does believe in Blockchain technology and like the potential.

Maybe he's thought about bitcoin is totally different than what we are thinking. His reason might be for personal interest. Since he is rich he wants all the things to be favor on the way he want.
He is probably secretly investing into bitcoin at the moment but he is saying that he is against them so no one can know that. This is a normal practice that many celebrities and real investors are developing at the moment, and it is more than usual to see it.

I recently was at a forum where large banks were going to, they all say one thing: all companies that now can not use the crypto system for their own purposes - these companies will die, or they will have to catch up with more progressive companies for a very long time!
Most people predict that whales are the reason for this type of movement, they do not really realize at least 60% of what they are actually talking about. Bill Gates will not give you so much money in cryptocurrency and he puts it in a charity program instead. He does not play with the roll of the dice.

But I am surprised and I don't think he has invested in bitcoin. His opinions about bitcoin can affect the price and he knows it. If he had invested in bitcoin, he would try to cause the price to rise.

Maybe because it's highly volatile. He's protecting us from possibly gambling into cryptocurrency which will probably be the biggest mistake we could ever make if we blindly follow the crowd. Cryptocurrency may also destabilize the whole fiat money industry of a country.

I think he doesn;t fully understand bitcoin. And with this he doesn' want to try to invest.probably because of the instability of bitcoin.
They are the kind of people who will come back and tell us to invest in it you can just mark my words. They are also frowning at btc but at backstage they are buying huge amount of into their wallets.

I'm very bullish on bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, but it's indeed a huge gamble. "Moon" and "lambo" gains aren't guaranteed. We're just pretty much speculating and hoping that it would indeed rise to very high prices.

Lots of people who manage to be 'so bullish' at BTC tend to claim it as their genius act, never showing the risky 'gambling' factors they have taken long long before. We have to admit, most of the OGs are just lucky nerds.

There's to little Bitcoin in circulation because people are holding them. Bitcoin is not being used as it should be, as a currency. That's why Gates said that Bitcoin is not "producing anything" that's why we should not expect it to go up.

Basically he doesn't want to invest in a very risky investment. Volatility makes bitcoin a high risk investment since it can go down in value in no time. Just like warren buffet, they will be very careful with their investment and something like bitcoin is not what interest them

Well thats very realistic and youre just being truth for all that those billionaires wont risk their money in not so sure profit,meaning they would preper physical investments than this kind of virtual and we cant blame them because its their own hardship before gaining that amount

I dont think we should worry our heads over this. I can only see one reason; Btc is raising billionaires just like himself of which he doesnt want to see happening. Whether he is against it or not, Btc is not dying and we are not giving up.
Successful entrepreneurs always have great creativity and vision. Previously, microsoft also announced bitcoin is accepted on the store of windows operating system. Maybe like Samsung. He really appreciated the bitcoin has an open future. Maybe he recognized bitcoin as part of the world in a day.

There's no need to invest in Bitcoin because Mr bilgates is the number one Richiest man in the world for a long time because of their business which is Operating System that really useful for every computer in all over the world
So I think Mr bilgates given the opportunity to ordinary people like us to use Bitcoin.
