Not everyone but majority starts gambling in the search of money. They forget a simple fact that in this life, nothing can be achieved by simply doing nothing. Once they win few games, their greed increase and become addict after that once they are considered as regular customer, the house tries to steal all of his wealth. He starts losing which give birth to desperation. Then they try to recover their loss.

I'm totally agree with you. I have such example in my family and that's just terrible how far people may go with the wish to return everything that has been lost already.

You did it in your family? There is a chance to escape this addiction and you just need to remember that gambling is not forever. If you want to have a decent life and not in gambling, think on how many times you fall in gambling addiction and think if you want to stay living in that miserable life of failure, only if you are keep on failing in gambling because some addicted gamblers are having good fortune.

As long as I am still having fun then I think that Im fine with that purpose but for some people they dont feel satisfied unless they win alot of money everytime they gamble

Not all but majority tries to make money out of it. They want to become rich overnight. It is true and many gamblers have confessed it also. I have heard more stories of profit seeking gamblers than fun seekers. Definitely, if someone can make money without doing anything, he will take the chance no matter how much risk it involves. Gambling offers this chance.

We want to be deep and we don't want to be a loser and the saddest thing is we don't want to lose those money forever so the tendency is that we keep on gambling again. And this makes us addicted and we are not fully aware that this is real gambling, that we are starting to become addicted. Some will say, they are just trying to recover their lost money but they are not fully aware they are now addicts.

Gambling is one of the most addictive things that people can be addicted to. One of the factor is that person experience of an early big win. Gambling is all about money and dude, money is very attractive. It can make your enemy a friend because in today’s world, you can buy anything from money. Some people may deny it and for them, I have a suggestion to see the practical world.

Furthermore, anything that is advised to avoid gets more attention. The more we resist it, the more it will tempt us.

I think it's the individual targets we set for ourselves that makes us addicts or not. Some huge targets can increase your greed and make you gamble senselessly and loose out in the long run and do I think the best way is to set realistic and achieve able targets and follow it up with a plan.

Typically, it is the greed that takes us back to gambling even after losing a lot. We think that maybe luck has enough on us now and the next shot will bring victory. It never happens in reality. Except this, anything that we do very often trains our brain and body accordingly so it becomes need of these two also. That is why addicts can't stop themselves even if they know the consequences.
