Gambling is so addicting because it gives you something for free and less effort. It gives you money and fun at the same time. When you gamble, you take the risk whether you are going to win or lose. Many analysis are put forward. You become addicted after winning, hoping that you will win again, and if you lose, you will start over, hoping that you will get the money you lost. That's why people need to know their limits.
It's because gambling gives us chance to multiply our money in just one click depending on how much are we willing to risk. That's why a lot of people are addicted to it. Gambling can either be life changing or life wrecking depending on once luck. But, I think the odds of winning through gambling is too low, because winning in gambling is a goal.

But greed for money is totally another kind of greed and gambling is addicting to some one because of the latter, then that's bad.
