It all depends what kind of gambling you do. I primarily do sports betting (eSports, NBA, NCAA) and I still have yet to go negative with my deposit. Yes. The terms "fast money" is what lures people into gambling, especially if you can do that with ease. Most wins can be achieved within a couple of minutes to hours and because of that, people come back to it and see it as another source of income (which is nuts.)

i'm also in the idea that the possibility or the dream to make huge profit is the base of the gambling addiction

You are right. Both profits or losses in gambling will eventually result to addictions. Simply we can say the gamblers will find their own some reasons to stick with gambling for his rest of life. The winner will become more ambitious and the loser will chase down the losses.

Oh, if this is true, then probably when we enter a gambling house, or even a gambling site, they let us win "beginners luck" but really, they are just luring us..

If you win at initial stage then people feels that they can make some more money out of it, and they just continue to gamble until they don't loose everything, so gambling doesn't become addiction if you quit at a right time.

It is not addicting but it provide some extent of entertainment, always play gamble for entertainment , plus give some time within your daily time table, do not waste all your days in just playing and playing.
And if you are unable to win at paid games then try to play at trials and free games. It will give ypou knowledge and experience about a particular game.
