There are many reasons why people get scammed easily even though some scam projects are easily recognizable because of obvious matters. Some people easily gets scammed because of (1) Ignorance. What I mean is that they do not even know anything about a project but still decided to get engaged into it; commonly this type of people are just new in the industry so they got easily encourage and turns out to get scammed. (2) Desperation. People will do anything out of desperation and that includes believing into something that is quite promising even though it seems to be unreal or impossible to happen. (3) Greed. I would say mostly greed gets over the eyes so people are unable to see even obvious scams, i have seen many fake offers at forums, telegram and other social media platforms and even in emails where they pretend to be representative of a reputed company and claim that the company is offering triple value back where you have to send 1 btc and receive 3 btc back in a matter of 2 3 hours. I am amazed to see a lot of people fall for such scams as well. I think people need to educate themselve more and more so that they can know what the red marks are.
The term conman comes from confidence man, and conning someone is usually confidence trick so all of them are related to confidence and not because they are confident or the other ones are not confident, it is because they create confidence in people.
If you are good at sales you can become a scam artist as well, all you have to do is create this amazing feeling in people on what you are scamming about, tell them how awesome it is, how great it will be, and how lucky they are that they are there at that moment because they can get in very early etc etc the clichle scammer things.

I agreed with your points but the major two reasons while people fall victims are gred and lack of knowledge. When they look as the reward or the profit they want to realize they wouldn't bother to look at the risk that involve, they just go ahead to invest in such a project without making a profound research.
The biggest reason is Greed after all. Most cases, they did actually see some wrong in that scam project but blind by greed, they disregard it. Scams typically follow this kind of scheme because it just works.

Very true. Actually every people are in greed at present time and they want more and more in every seconds as a result they easily fall in trap they developers made for them. From greed they are more hurry for benefit so that they did not read the project profile accurately and finally we easily trust anybody but scammers are more claver then us and they make chet with everybody.
