I think the reason for the most of the bitcoin users are from the good economy countries is because they are open minded and they are open for more opportunities and possibilities compare to the other people who are from the less developed economic countries. It is best if all of the people from all over the world will accept and get into bitcoin even their economy is not that good.
Developing countries, access to infrastructure, intenet is very difficult. Because of the location they live in, they are not in the field of information technology. Because of this, bitcoin users are usually concentrated in developed countries.
Yes one factor is the availability of infrastructure in a country. developed countries must have adequate facilities so that the mindset in the country is much easier to adapt to a new technology. This is what makes the mindset of people who are in developed countries much better, they are motivated to a new thing because they think that this is the beginning of a new era. While non-developed countries have limited infrastructure so it makes access to a technology more difficult. 
Because the mindset of a country that has a good economic population is wanting to find more money that they can get than a country whose economy is bad.
Well this might not be a measure for calculating the percentage of usage of such coin in one country if they have got more ATMs. It might be possible that there are more citizens who want to choose that amazing thing as their source of income but the real turnover wouldn’t be of so huge results. Yup, this is most probably the reason why other countries that are left behind are the ones that are less advanced in economic traits. Just look at south korea and japan, they are more advanced when it comes to technology and innovation. This makes the people in these countries used to new things which is why they can adapt easier and can understand the concept of cryptos easier. This is not the case on economically behind countries.

We can not deny the big country with good economy, it will make the society economy better too.

People in good economies countries,having a gadgets like laptops,cellphones etc.they're easy to get these,and they can have access to internet. Unlike those people living in countries where experiencing a low economies,increasing the number of poverty,many of them can't afford to have gadgets and access to internet. Obviously all of those you showed here is a rich country and have enough capability to invest of bitcoin anytime. Aside from High electricity in that area almost all constituents are supported their head of the state and provided all of their needs in terms from financial start from baby ti'l 18 years of age.
hopefully this coming years or this year they will provide us here in the Philippines of the said ATM machine of bitcoin so that all user doesn't any problem to cash it out into Fiat money
Because everyone who already has a good economy wants to find a good investment place so they can benefit. While the majority of countries looking for work is hard, just thinking about how they get the food tomorrow.
