Last two week ethereum only have price about $130 and right now bitcoin have raised up above $181 and will be more higher, why not to buy and invest your money in ethereum because you will get much profit later.
maybe a lot of investor attract to buy new coin rather than old coin like etherium or bitcoin, they want to gambling with new coin and try invest on it like cardano or stellar.
Most of the people dont want to buy ethereum because they really scare if ethereum goes fall so that's why. But if the market goes up people really want to buy ethereum.
Great reasons all pointed out on why not to buy Ether. I was a huge supporter of NOT buying Ether or Ripple, mainly for various reasons of being centralized in terms of decision making and direction, which for me was a big no-no. But I was an idiot thinking that when Eth reached $400 or XRP reached 50 cents they were good buys. Who would foresee they would lose even more value?
That said, they are still good speculative coins. Ether is here to stay 100%, whether we like it or not.

I think that investing in Ethereum is definitely worth it, but the question is when it is better to buy It, since after today's update, the price can go up and down.
Of all the reasons for weakness Ethereum and not for buying, makes sense and is true when conditions like this are less productive. I believe etehereum can return to its original place and is still worth buying because we will not know whether the bullrun market will occur in the next month and of course the price of Ethereum will increase.
I think ethereum is very undervalued in the real-time any price under 250$ is a good entry point that's why i advise a lot of people to take a look at ethereum before the hardfork, 
I earned a very good amount of profit to Ethereum last 2 years because of I believed in him that my investments will grow that really happened. And I think it depends on how we adopt Ethereum in terms of holding our investments to it just like what I did before which really makes me feel proud of the results.

Well, that is a nice show of confidence. As long as you know what could be the result, I think you would not invest in a weak project that could be risky. ETH on the other hand has been nice and showing some good pace of growth until 2018 fall. It really fell to the knees since then but it looks like it is on the rise again. I believe that you can make big money in ETH by investing and owning a big number of it. A small or weak jerk could be enough to give away big money. My second greatest holding is ETH. This is because I believe the project has very huge potential in the future. The recent developments, DAPPS and Constantinople shows Ethereum foundation is up and doing. Update is necessary for every project in crypto space and I think that's one selling point of ETH.
I'm currently holding Ethereum quite a lot and it seems to be a good choice for me. Personally am actions about the type of project that brought a coin into the market and not just to gamble on coins. Believe in the project and research into what it came to sole as a problem give the right direction when intend to buy coins from the market. Ethereum has been my favorite and am holding some good reasonable coins of ETH.

Personally, I don't currently buy eth as during bearish periods is better to have fiat or btc. However, Ethereum is still the king of alts and most of ICOs are still based on eth. If you plan to buy alts, eth must be on the list.
I am sure what I will do, including investing in Ethereum. I assess Ethereum is still very feasible to have and for long-term or short-term investments is still very profitable. And for now, the price of Ethereum has started to rise, of course, this will make us excited.
Besides having bitcoin, I also have Ethereum and in my opinion both of these coins have good potential and the highest price among other coins and are very good for investment.and I'm sure for the next few months Ethereum will give a good price for all of us, so in my opinion don't hesitate to buy or have Ethereum before you regret it later.
