That is the main reason why people scam. They want more money and never thought about the poor victims. Those scammers are lazy, and do not want to exert more effort to earn in a good way!

people cheat or commit crimes because they want to produce what they want in an easy way. Although this has a very dangerous risk or will deal with the law, it is certain that will do this has its own speculation.and people have their own behavior and nature. And people who commit crimes or fraudsters may have intentions or opportunities.
People scam because they wanted to have money in evil way they want things that they don't own , they have no consience they criminal mind and greed they don't be contented what they have, but these criminal activities could only strike when caught off guarded. So don't lower your guard againts them.
It's obviously one of the fastest ways to steal money. Heck, I'd even say selling drugs is more of a legit 'business' than scamming others.

People involve in scamming activities first and foremost I guess is because of poverty. They want to earn money the simplest and easiest ways that is why they do scamming because nowadays, it is easy to fool people because also of financial difficulties. See, if one is in need of money, they tend to go also for the easy and simple way of finding money.

Yeah they are lazy to have work, people scam because its easy money, in work we need to work hard but those people who scam is get an easy money through scam. That's why we need to be careful about our moves.

on the one hand it's a good thing, on the other hand it's a bad habit I think, because people will think oh I can earn money this way I do not have to work hard to earn money, and well the phenomenon is rampant, here and there a lot of beggars roam . This is a very good question. I never understood people who deceive others. It's horrible. They do this, probably because they do not know anything, except to deceive and live a lie.

I think the contents of your post doesn't really match your subject haha. Anyway, I believe people scam because it is an easy way to make money, and most scammers do it behind a computer, meaning they do not need to directly interact with their victims. That way, they won't feel any pity for their victims and therefore no remorse for their actions.
Because they have no value, no honor, no education. They are just in for the money and don't have any other passion than money
they are probably too desperate for their business, by cheating they want to make money with shortcuts in a very short time.
They just want to get an easy way of earning money. Cheating and stealing are part of our human nature. We do have a devil inside of us and we are fond of taking advantage to those people who we know are vulnerable. Scamming has been around in any type of industry, and we can't contaminate those people as they can easily jump from industry to another. Some people tend to scam due to influence of other people, urgency and etc.
Why people cheat, maybe he's deliberately because he needs something, so he has to do things that others do not like because they are common and harm others. Now we should be able to see what is good for us all and no one can cheat us ..

The underlying economic difference is that people are reluctant to give money to the poor because they see the level of one's wealth, but it is not wrong to help a hungry person just by giving money. But if we give them automatic money they will be lazy to find a decent job
Some people resort to scamming perhaps due to some personal reason, even though, there is really no excuse for such a crime, in some cases, we can also blame the society where they belong. The poor upbringing and the absence of proper education, leads them to unemployment, corrupt them to commit social crimes like scamming. But like what i said before, this is not an excuse. Just be wise always in entering any negotiation to avoid being a victim. 
People that make or made scam, are people want to get easy money even they hurt the feelings of other's.
They do not care what they do and what it can affect other people, all they know is that they will be getting a good profit in that process which is fooling other people so they can have their money. Fooling other people to earn money is not a job, it is a crime that can make you and other lives miserable and worst.
Getting a job is not possible for everyone, not everyone has family or [friends] to help them and sometimes they will make the bad situations even worse them. If you've ever really needed money and were very desperate, than you probably know that people would let you starve to death rather than give you $5.
It's weird how people won't toss out just a few dollars to help someone in need, yet they'll spend $10000 or more on their pet that has an average life span of under 5 years.
But then again, if you give the person in need money, they'll keep coming back for it. It's a real crap shoot
