People try to create their own coins mainly beacause of money. In creating this coins it also creates promsing opportunities in the crypto world. Secondly, they create their own coin to protect themselves from scams and any other illigitimate projects to save there mony and effort from going to waste. Thirdly, because they want to use a coin of which features they more prefer at the same time convinient to there transactions and which is in favor to their advantage.

I've joined a lot of airdrops and participated in some alt coin investments before most of them are scam so the reason why they keep on creating new coin is to get a lot of investment and support from the community then after the ICO they'll not do the roadmap that they laid out but instead they'll just leave the coin with the money they got from the people who invested.

Total market is currently $800B, if you can even get just a speck of it. You will surely be a millionaire in your lifetime.

Some will just go for the profit, while others will be changing the worlld as we know it.

I am sure that the dev wants to make contributions for cryptocurrency and they want to create something different than the other and I think the most reason is that they want to make money for a long run. they could get millions of dollar if their project success and they can make their investor happy because the investor could make a big profit. but now, I think it is only a few project that will be a good project for a long run and this is our job to select the best ico if we want to get involve and make a profit too.

I had the same thought too but when I watched a Youtube video about the future of money. I realized that history is just repeating itself. Think about how much fiat currency was introduced throughout centuries and you won't be surprised about what is going on in the crypto space

Because of this advantage, you don't need to write your own code, just copy the code, and then change the name to cheat the money.

It's just for $$$. It's easy to create altcoin. Of course you can't do this alone. They need partners in crimes and some imaginary friends to add at their dev team. ICO i think the fastest and the easiest way to get money from people to fund their scam coin. ICOs these days just popping out of nowhere. Most of them are just collect money from investors. Then they will distribute the coin to the investors. And when the coin hit an exchange. That's it, another shitcoin landed an exchange. That's why ICO from other countries are keeping their eyes to them. ICOs is getting out of hand. This thing needs to be regulated.

Exactly, when I heard about this coin, I laughed for 5 minutes without stopping. This is a good example of making a coin for fun. Almost all other coins are created for the purpose of earning money.
