I think this pretty much sums it up. There's a lot of low quality projects and ICOs out there, it's the job of the community itself to decide if it has any value or it's just another low quality project just trying to make as much money as possible in no time.
It's not that difficult to differentiate between what could be a legitimate project and one that doesn't have a lot of future, for new coins the most important thing is to create a high quality community with people that actually care about the technology and potential of the coin. It's up to each one of us to understand the potential behind the projects after all, it's pretty clear that cryptocoins are a hot topic lately and that we can expect a lot of projects in the near future.
