We always see the price rise for a short period after the listing in the exchanges or after IEO, but soon price be come down,
this may due to two reasons:
The first reason is that the coin or token has no real value.
The second reason is the large sale of those who got his coin  free such as airdrop.
Isn't that true?

I'm not sure we always see an initial price rise. The coins I've followed, they always drop straight away as soon as they are tradeable. Part of it is ICO buyers who received a big bonus cashing out, and part is bounty hunters selling as well. Fundamentally however I think its a question of supply and demand. If the coin doesn't hit hardcap at ICO, then supply is more than demand, and this creates downwards price pressure - there are simply more sellers than buyers.

The price is going down because the majority of holding the coin are dumping.
Once a coin got listed on major exchanges the majority will dump for profits.

Price behavior of new Listings or IEOs are depended with the market conditions. All Exchanges try to find best projects for their users. Mostly for IEOS as the prices behavior of IEOs are directly effect the reputation of the exchanges.

By the way no exchanges can give you guaranteed for profit. As crypto includes high risk, you can make huge profit or lose everything.
For example till 2 months ago market was green and IEOs really made good profits. But last 2 months as the market is smelling bear, profit ratio decreased. Same situation is valid for Listings also.

This is stupid, the developers and the team can not control the market price because it is illegal. There is a law preventing this from happening and there is no reason why would they need to do such a thing. Rome was not built in a single day and their product can not be done in a single day too. There are expenses that need to be paid, and it is their responsibility to handle it.
the reason why would we can see the dump after it got listed due to manipulation from the traders, this is not a secret. It happened so many times before, pressuring the price and then pump the price after they have a sufficient bag.

of course developer don;t have any control in market but in other position they can buyback the token if don't want to see the token price crash in market.

few developer do it to make planning to buyback token from market and burn them, like some project in Binance Launchpad the developer buyback the token and burn them, or we can follow Binance action to buyback Binance token when the token still based on ethereum and burn them, so the price still not crash in market

The reason for the initial pump is usually the excitement that the coin has been added to a good exchange. It gives the coin more authenticity and the community trusts it more than before.

Like all other excitements there's an end to it, and when the hype decreases the price start dumping too. Although in many occasions price doesn't retrace 100%, and the exchange increases the value for a long time.

Crypto market fluctuations cannot be separated.  Therefore, it is very natural that exchanges and people remind traders and investors to always be careful in making decisions.
If this project can be developed it will increase the interest of traders, but a lot happens in a short time. The team needs more time and opportunities to achieve development targets.

This is quite natural behavior for tokens or coins. Each project needs time to develop. Usually it is several months, sometimes even a year or two. During this time, many investors - even those who previously planned a long-term investment, sell tokens for various reasons. The price increases only when the effects of the developers' work are visible. That is why it is a business for patient investors ...
But we have to think also that 1-2 years is long enough of a certain project to develop cause if it has already a working product, I'd never think that it will turn like this. That is why can't blame the investors to raise their complaints as in a certain thing that we would like to see returns from their hard work money. But what is the worst thing it happens is that they've got nothing but just losing at their ends.
This is why there are still big investors are afraid to put up some money here on crypto due for that reason. We've seen ICO and now we are
seeing currently the IEO's and when we do talk about profitability then less chances on what we do anticipated.Even legit projects doesnt end up
well even if they do already that working product. Why? they dont able to sustain nor develop even more because everything will vary on the demand,
if it isnt enough then expect for the project to be dead on a short span of time.

That's true, that is the reason why some investors prefer to buy when the coin they are following hit the market, they know that it will not go up overnight, the platform would need to be created first before investors get their attention.
Legit project should not do airdrop it just lower the credibility of the coin, because these claimants will just dump it, there's a big difference between an investor and airdrop claimants.

Early investors who had invested during the early stage of ICOs get more tokens due to ICO promotion. Most likely they cash out early to get their money back and to gain income. If you had been long in crypto and ICO the scenario in every project even if it's a sold out ICO once it gets listed it goes lower than it's ICO price.

The factor of a large bonus when they make sales offers is one of the reasons why prices have dropped quite large, even up to more than 70%. As a result, the team that is too big in offering the actual bonus offer is also not very good for the system

Many factors and no single one is the biggest,,, except the fact that 90% of investors in any token offering wants to make instant money because they know the invested in a quick rich project.

Projects like these also know that none of their users (or very few) are really interested in long term.

So everyone knows everyone is waiting for the dump, and want to dump before others.

I do not agree with you. There are many long-term investors who believe in the success of the project. There are those who buy coins and want to sell them by earning on the bonuses they received when buying, but they are not the ones who lower the price the most - they will not sell cheaper than they bought. But, it can be a mistake of the developers if they gave too large discounts.
I hope you can see what was happening in the market. This time a lot of long term investors have become the short term investors and that means if they are interesting to buy a coin with a lot of discount.
The discount will always there but with the existence of IEO and it looks like any IEO is not even offering a big discount again.
But the problem is the ICO and IEO traders will always there and you can call this party as the party who has brought the price of token to the bottom.
The majority of the IEO traders will be dumping their token if they are getting a decent return instantly from their money that already invested in the ICO or IEO

Anyway, based on past experiences, you shouldn't invest in an ICO/IEO in a run-of-the-mill project in a bear market because it will truly dump once it gets listed on a popular exchange. There are more skeptical people in a bear market than rather a bull market. Only noobs buy a coin on exchange listing shilled by popular crypto influencers.
so are a pro trader and ico analyzer??
that's not just a factor why coin/token after listed on exchange always going down because developer don't want to buyback the token from market after listed and just want investor money and don't care about the future of that coin.

they are always make statement we don't have any control. it's market decision
You are absolutely right.  I always said that the developers themselves are primarily responsible for the problems of token pricing, because the team is only worried about collecting as many funds from investors as possible, but in no way does it avoid possible problems after listing.  There are such projects that find no way out of a difficult situation in order to preserve the value of the coin.  In this situation, for a team that lacks professionalism, it is very convenient to blame someone else, including the Bounty Hunters, for the drop in token prices after listing.

It's true that the coin or token don't have a real value. And some people acquired this in airdrop or bounty. But the main reason is the project has no future. Or the team only wants to gain money from it.
Guys, if the project really has prospects in the future and will be in demand in society, then its price will still be worthy, even after a certain time.  If we talk about the moments that cryptocurrency users get for free, how much percent of the total volume of coins is distributed free of charge?  I do not think that it is more than 3% or 5% and therefore I believe that this volume of coins cannot radically change the situation in the foreign exchange market in relation to a specific project.  In addition, there are projects where coins are blocked for a certain time to me, so that I can get out of this difficult situation.  But first of all, the team should work on the popularity of their project and on the implementation of their product.

I think the most important reason for these decreases is that people who buy the token at the price of ico sell it at the stock market price. I disagree with the idea theese token has no real value. For example, You bought a coin for $1 with the price of ico and when this money is listed on the stock exchange, it's $2. Do not you sell it?
