Yes, it is true we have so many scam ICO these days, taking advantage of those who cannot differentiate between the legit ICO and the scam ICO. I think most of these scam ICOs are looking for fast money. It only remains that we all need to be very careful. Although, it might not be that easy to do that, but with experience, it becomes easier.
Because people want to make a quick profit out of naive people who are hoping to invest in “the next bitcoin”. However, even though a large percentage of ICOs are a scam, just because a project is not successful it does not mean it is a scam. Similar to when you “invest” or “pre-purchase” an in development project from Kickstarter. Sometimes the project will arrive and be great, sometimes it will be a POS and sometimes the project will fall half way during production.
Research may help you avoid scams or finding a good project, but there is no guarantee it will bring you a big profit.

I also think the same with you, I've followed some ico and a lot of scam. That's very annoying.We are working but ultimately not rewarded

Today in this market is the wild west. Many dishonest people are trying to raise money for their own pockets. Until there is a regulation this will be permanent. This is a very bad trend for the crypto market. 
I think because more and more people will learn about the possibility of creating an ICO and earning easy money creating a Scam!
More like, people know that they can make money on cryptocurrencies. That is why there is so many people trying to get coins from the other people.
Yes I completely agree with you most of the ICO which now open they do not all immediately profit. But this does not happen that all were successful there are always those who make a good product, and one that just wants to raise money and disappear))
Its getting ridiculous I agree, there are high school kids creating their ICOs with rehashed ideas, non-existing teams and shallow knowledge of the industry.
It is disheartening to see so many scammers, however it shouldn't be surprising given this is the most unregulated market that deals with finance in the world. It's just too easy for people to get away with scamming.
Heck there are even websites where you can generate a blockchain and can generate a whitepaper. Anyone can scam too easily now.

Maybe because there is opportunity in crypto. People tend to try everything just to in, it just happen that they do it halfheartedly. Well, most of the ICO's don't last long, others are just scams. Better be careful when choosing ICOs to support. Or might invest on what is already on the market to be safe.
I think that scammers paid attention to ICO, because so they can deceive people. And it makes me very upset. Today it's hard for me to find a good project. There are many scammers. 
why lots of ICO scam? due to the absence of regulations to regulate a new ICO that wants to enter the market. in other words we are free to create an ICO without having to make a license as to where the location of the company and anyone who is founding the ICO. as the rapidly evolving world of cryptocurrency and the ease of making an ICO make this a gap for fraudsters to make fake ICOs.

Scammer want to earn money by frauding people maybe they think that is the fastest way to earn and now a days as technology we have prices in the market industry was very high price it was tough so be carefull in investing your money
Whatever the field we will find the scams for sure, hence you need to tune yourself to keep away from them. This is the reason for many world countries banning ICO projects initially and now completely trying to vanish the cryptos.

Look on ICO what I have in my signature, they are pretty good, lot of money collected, good team, good product, think about the investment into this great project!

frankly speaking I'm really surprised a bit. Okay, earlier it was easy to put across and not worry about consequences, but today.. considering worldwide regulation hysteria.. they must be tough guys or just stupid.
