Well to me I prefer bitcoin to fiat money because of so many reasons, 1 bitcoin is an assets but fait paper money is not your bitcoin has the ability to grow in value and price but paper money does not grow in value.
Bitcoin does not need a third party like the bank and government in it transactions but paper money require the service and is subjected to the bank and government.
Bitcoin has a potential to grow in price against any country currency and bitcoin can be use across borders of the world but paper money is only use within it country of origin. This and so much more are the reasons people choose bitcoin over fait paper money.

Probably because people are tired of fiat and want something new. Bitcoin is impressive for them because it is anonymous and taxeless. But bitcoin has not been legalized by my government.

What do people currently do with Fiat. Literally everything you stated above and more. And what is our current society like? If you want society to change you will need more than money as the catalyst.

In regards to BTC, so what if that is how it is currently used. We are limited on the amount of businesses that accept crypto. So in the beginning, just like the internet, it will be used for porn, gambling, and drugs. But eventually it will be used for commerce. business to business transactions, and even donations and philanthropy.

Have a more positive outlook, and use your brain a bit more.

Some people prefer Bitcoin simply because it is more profitable than fiat. Just imagine the traditional savings account of fiat, where people keep on saving and receive the exact amount of their savings one day after a long time of saving. Now, imagine saving bitcoin and one day at the very right moment of the increase of it's value, you withdraw it. The savings could be 25% more.

In my experience, no one prefers bitcoin, Im still trying to buy some cards for a new ethereum rig paying with bitcoin
Not even one store close to where I live would accept my bitcoins
The worst part is that they are in the crypto business, they sell the cards, the risers, even the open air mining case, but they wont take my bitcoins Angry

It is a sad news, whether you heat it on the internet or not. If people would think if that way, we could not clear there minds with its first impression. People who take advantage on it are at stake or made the economy of bitcoin more abolished and banned. And for us to change that mind setting, we have to start it first from us. We must shoe how bitcoin changed are life by doing good or stating its help through its given income even for financial and not for a crime-like things.

For now, what I can see that make sense in terms of holding and accumulating bitcoins is just for investment - hoping that its price will continue to rally high and not to act as our usual fiat money because doing so is not practical as it is quite expensive fees to have small frequent small purchases.
