The upside I see to why people would want to keep their money stored in fiat instead of Bitcoin is that it's much more stable.
yes some people prefer bitcoin to fiat because it can be said for some where tax-free bitcoin coin blocks are great technology and btc is currently very popular and some people use it for roads or just buy food I do not think it's good to use bitcoin for something negative and most importantly not breaking the law because there are some people abuse btc
You could do nasty thing with bitcoins, no middlemen means nobody would even know when/where a meaningful transaction is made, at least that's is what bitcoin could do. Bitcoin currently is growing unhealthy too, people are rushing in like gold and bulling the market like nobody else, it's not natural growth the rising price in BTC doesn't mean that people are adopting towards cyrptocurrency, but rather another form of investment which they would dump when the timing is right. Hoping for a holy cryptoworld? it's unlikely when no regulation is here, and no regulation means misuse would happen anyways.

Personally, I prefer Bitcoin over fiat when it comes to sending money. The fees are lesser compared to remittance services and you receive the money fast. In terms of trading and investment, it is very volatile. However, based on what I experienced, it is also the fastest way to gain profit.
It's not for everyone though. It takes a lot of experience and self-education for you to be well-versed with it and actually make money with it.

Because the quantity has a hard cap, it will become deflationary over time with adoption.

May be is a fastest way of settling payment but not necessarily encouraging such a organisation as mentioned. Fiat can also be used for the same purpose mentioned. Remember people always want to embrace new things for example say bitcoin as a medium of exchange. Introduction of bitcoin is for economical purposes I guess.

Well, bitcoin is made for transactions to be anonymous, that is why it is being used widely by these kind of people, but the purpose of bitcoin is good, and is for the convinience of many. Now, the way you use your bitcoin is depending on what you wanna use it. Bitcoin isn't bad or something, it is the users that is making it look bad.

I dont think the developer make bitcoin for doing bad they create bitcoin to help all individual because bitcoin gives lot of opportunity and to lessen the number of unemployed all over the world.

Simply because the value of bitcoin is not stable it changing it increasing always but it's risky to prefer bitcoin over fiat and maybe people prefer bitcoin because the value of fiat is stable and they know that in the future they will get a lot of money just by earning btc

I will agree that things like drugs, gambling and porn can be damaging to society, but this is not what Bitcoin was created for. Bitcoin works best as a counter to the, "If you have nothing to hide, then you should have nothing to fear" mentality of mainstream financial centers and regulators. If you earned $1000 in cash mowing lawns for people and now you want to use that cash to have a new sink installed, then that should be between you, Home Depot, and the guy who installs your sink. But because civil forfeiture is a thing, the cops can seize that cash without cause just by accusing you of being a small-time drug dealer. Bitcoin can sidestep that to a certain degree if you do not advertise that you have Bitcoin. Then you just have to buy a Home Depot gift card with Bitcoin and either learn how to install the sink yourself or find a contractor who is willing to accept Bitcoin. The cops might find the briefcase in your trunk anyway, but you can fill that with last week's stale doughnuts from your office as a joke.
I think that you too exaggerate. I think it's not much spoils the reputation of bitcoin, because you could buy for the fiat.

Because it is invisible to the eye of government and we know the porn sites are illegal so they don't want to be caught by people of government so they use it as a tool for doing bad things.
In my opinion why some people prefer bitcoin over fiat? because bitcoin is more instant and globally connected just with internet itself. people no need to go to ATM to transfer, well some people have their mobile banking. but, bitcoin is way more simpler and easy to use. if the term misuse of bitcoin itself, i think there's some bad impact too with bitcoin existence. need to do some socializing to younger generation about this 
I would also like to add to the list above - bitcoin can be conveniently used to fund your trading account or gambling account. Before with fiat money, you need to undergo some verification process and provide some identification documents before your account gets activated but with bitcoin, you can have trading or gambling account in an instant after a quick registration.
I think, because there are people who are interested in anonymity, tax free, interested to play on the course, to make "free" money, to participate in investing
