that is the key. the "demand", it was not a sustainable demand which is why it started vanishing as the ICO hype started to vanish so now there is no more demand for ETH and the only ones remaining in the market are the whales who are shorting it to make money on each dump and there are newbie bag holders who are holding it tight because the same whales told them to hold while they are dumping!

I think I quiet agree with, I remembered last year once any ICO is announced and date fixed you notice ethereum pumping. People are buying ethereum to buy the ICO. Just one good ICO makes the difference. Recently, with all the ICO going on the price don't move significantly again.

Another thread about ETH, this make me think of a conspiracy that some "force" is using their resource to drive the price of ETH down, for what? for accumulating, i guess.
If ETH go to $60, I will surely have a huge bag of it (that I doubt the $60 will never come true), if would be dream price for me if it go down to $100.
Beside, like someone above said, ETH is not only about ICO, its about a lots more.

its hard to reach $60. i see in chart strong support on level $133 and $111. maybe this best demand area for if we would buy ethereum.personally i would put my money when eth reach this level.

Indeed. The average mining cost for ETH is ~ 150 (by region and resource). Therefore, if ETH slides down this threshold. it is a serious recession. Of course, with the current situation, not to serious and it is temporary with information related to MtGox

Ethereum had already established itself with thousands of tokens that will always need ether for gas whenever they want to transact.

I don't understand you reason for said that the price will fall to $60 if you think that the ethereum has no use then it should go to $0 not to $60.But we can't say we no need new ICOs because still we are in early stage of crypto growth more new coins will pop up.

The price won't drop down to $0. Even with a slightest trade volume, it will have a value. For the price to drop down to $0, each and every person will have to give away the coin for free and no one should be willing to buy it for any kind of price at all. But i don't think that will actually be happening anytime soon. People will still be holding it as a storage value causing it to give eth some sort of worthiness.
