Most of them for sure is scam,they stop the bounty to run away with investors money,but some of them stopped the project or paused just because they want to prevent the dumping of tokens once it was distributed from the bounty hunters and the investors as well,because of the dipping market and this is the reason of these issues there days Thank!

Unfortunatelly many campaigns have no precise plan. It could be found by checking whitepapers, project website quality, bitcointalk ANN thread design etc. Serious project pay enough attention to the details. So should check carefully before input bounty campaign
Checking of white paper ,website is not really enough reason why an ico project should do well and pay bounty hunters . The market conditions affected the ico participation and also the rate of cybercrime with illegal or scam ico in the crypto space got many discourage in participating in ico and there are no fund be raise to enhance the development of the ico project. If there is no fund for project the vision gets delay or perish.So is not just the fault of the ico founder or the team member but ico investors don't know the future of ico since regulations issues plaque the crypto space.

what is the expectation of hunters in the new year from STOs? whenever there are difficulties in raising fund for ICO, bounty campain gets important and useful. It makes such project go a long way and help to build a large community, which is good feature for good ICOs. It's really bad for bounty Hunter like us. This trend started around mid of the year when ico were not getting sold out so the teams started extending the dates

The decision to extend the bounty program is really up to the project team. We just hope that they will be transparent upfront.
Some stick to their commitment that there will be no extension.
