you are right guys, most of the projects can't collect even 10% of their ico cap. For this market normal cap should be around 3-6m dollars. That's why bounty distribution is also delayed. They try to take several rounds for ico.

I think it's due to the deteriorating market situation and also ICo's not getting enough funds yet, so they extend the ICO and bounties. Its frustrating but there's really nothing we can do about it.

I think because of few reasons like not reaching the soft cap which means not enough funds to continue the project and also some wants to increase more the sales after hitting the cap so that they can fully develop the project. We cannot really tell if the project is scam or not by only extending the campaign. Thank!
Well so far as i know if the project extend their bounty campaign they has a problem. Maybe they need more time preparing everything for listing on market. Another problem is their goals of ICO is not reached yet. They need more money from investor to reached their target.
