We understand the reluctance, especially since many of these in the past have proven to be scams. Also, the current market is not very friendly toward cryptocurrencies. But researchers agree that it would take about 5 years before blockchain reaches mainstream adoption. By that time, there will be cryptocurrencies that will skyrocket in price and adoption. Those people who invest in them now will reap hundredfolds. That is why we shouldn’t close the door on new cryptos. But then again, the decision is yours.
The reason for buying new coins as it can give you a profit of 100% if the coin has potential when listing in many markets. But it is very risky to buy new coins or tokens if there are not many investors to invest in those coins.
Well, it's all about profit. everyone invests in new coins to benefit from it. some of the things that I think about are- get a lot of bonuses, to be sold at the initial price when listing on the market (currently rare, only potential IEO has this)
- utilizing the function of the token (such as fee reduction, or other things)
- eyeing a trading bonus from it
- some cases use it to get prizes from contest trading.
- think that the project will be truly successful (usually because the team or partnership has a big influence).
that is the thing that I think about.

Maybe we can buy a new token or coins because we want to trade it and we all know that new token or coins are no sureness in trading because after a months or a year many new coins or token are goes in dead coins. So makr it sure that if you gonna buy new coins or token u gonna sell it once the price goes up so that you can get a profit. I am talking here that token or coin already listing in exchanges.

Reason for trading. In year 2018 when market was fully down i made daily trade to buy and sell altcoins from exchanger. This is alternative way of earn from crypto. But have to more careful and need accurate information before buy and sell any tokens from market. Sometimes company gives honorarium who stock holder of their tokens. This is several reasons that anybody buy tokens.

so the saying was true that risky means profit and you prove that here , thanks cause you convince me with that .
im not a risk taker so i wont go on new coin/token but i will just stick on my safe zone so i go on older coins . btc is the older of them all so i believe that btc is also the safest of them all only in my preference but you are free to disagree with that . other reason why a person buy a new coin is not only for the profit but also for the curiosity or also for the boredom of same old investments .

New Altcoin, which is introduced in exchanges in 2019, almost all is below their ICO or IEO price. That's why the investor doesn't take the risk to trade in new coins; they always prefer old stable coins like BNB, XRP, BTC, ETH, ADA, etc.

Everyone wants to make profit out of crypto investment that is why they keep investing in new coins, its same for myself too i am investing in new coins hoping they grow in value soon
I think the most common reason is to gain profits, crypto investors are taking a risk of buying new coins hoping that the price will pump in the future if the project is properly marketed and develop. In addition, new coins are cheap compared to the coin that is already established in the market so you don't need a big capital.
The trends are that everyone is buying new coins in order to make money. The developers promise unique products, the development of which in turn will lead to the fact that the coins of the project will significantly increase in price. This pushes people to invest. However, as we can see from our own experience, not every project manages to keep its high-profile promises.
The reason why i buy a new token or coin because i expect a good profit from it when i used it for trading, but new coins in the year of 2018 i didn't get much profit because most of them are not good anymore, that is why i decided to continue to trade in top altcoins in the market like ETH, BNB, XRP, LTC just to have a profit.
You will experience deja vu if you only concentrate on altcoin top without seeing altcoin which actually has a fairly stable monthly trading volume. when conditions peak again, the percentage to be gained will be more than the coins you mentioned, I am talking about new coins such as tezos, aidos, swipe etc. which still has an average movement of around $ 1. Basically, 90 of hodlers would buy to trade. Just what I have witnessed overtime.
They do arbitrage, where they buy one coin from one exchange to trade in one exchange that has a much higher price than where they bought it, and many traders are involved on this kind of activity because there is a profit to be made here, but you have to have big funds and fast connection to do this.
for me depends on needs.
if I buy a new coin or token at a low price then I will sell it when there is a good opportunity, my intention is to get double the profit from the initial capital.
I personally haven't thought about spending things using crypto coins, maybe next time. but sometimes I spend it to buy new coins, which I think are worth buying.
I suggest if you play with a new token you can do it for the short term. Even though there is good potential in the long term, there is a big risk that the new project will survive and be consistent in the crypto market in the long run or not. because most of them can only survive in one year and then they cannot compete with other platforms. if I buy a new coin or token at a low price then I will sell it when there is a good opportunity, my intention is to get double the profit from the initial capital.

Buy to hold is the main plan, Since the success of bitcoin, a lot of investors are chasing 'The next bitcoin' that coin who starts from a really low price and skyrocket with time. The problem with this is investors not always read about the coin they are investing in. They only care about the profit it can bring and not about the technology behind the token or coin.
To buy them is like placing a bet, in the long run, you can lose or win big, but nothing warrants the success of the coin.

usually, some of them will use it in their platform or to trade to gain some profit
while others see the potential of the coin because the good purpose, uniqueness or benefit the token is offering
There are various reasons why someone buys new tokens or coins in the cryptoqurrency industry, one of which is speculation. most investors do not always depend on 1 investment, I mean investing with a few other new coins can sometimes be profitable and vice versa. It is important to be careful before investing your money in new projects.
