What do you have to do with those countries if your country is not forbidding it? Are you not going to buy Bitcoins from your own country, but travel to one of those countries to buy them? If that is what you intend to do, then you obviously will have to wait a long time (or maybe forever), otherwise, that should not be your concern at all if your country allows trading it.
No one can ever know if a country is ever going to make Bitcoin legal or illegal. It totally depends on the thoughts of the authorities of that country, and those thoughts are never public unless they decide to implement them.
Consequently what do you have to do with those countries if your country is not forbidding it? Will you be not going to buy Bitcoins from your country, but travel to one particular countries to buy them? In the event that is what you intend to do, then you obviously will need to wait around a long time (or maybe forever), otherwise, that should not be your concern at all if your country allows trading it.

They don't have a problem with cryptocurrencies, they have a problem with decentralization, losing control. China's central bank is making their own cryptocurrency, obviously it's legal, but it's not the kind of cryptocurrency we're looking for.

I don't think that it will happen in near future. We have a lot of cultural space between countries, that's why it will take a lot of of time to change the opinion about crypto in some places (will not list them)

I really hope the government issues a government regulation that governs this digital currency and we can become easier in life
You do not understand the purpose of cryptocurrencies. Any decision to legalize and regulate the cryptocurrency market will lead to people losing interest in this asset. The whole attraction of bitcoin was that it did not control its users. Now people are ready to destroy bitcoin to get free access to Fiat.

I still have a dough on taking risk in cryptocurrency as still there are countries who are not making it legal to trade. so is there any chance for those countries to make it legal

Are you talking about developing countries or developed? there are countries where  goverments don't know how to define of its legal definition, even courts cann't  do this,So no one can answer you..this issue is very wide and complex, because In every different country,There are different approaches and legal norms,But I can say that it will be profitable for them,Why? Just imagine,In this sphere,In technology there are a lot of money and we know many projects like google or even youtube, their income maybe milliards of dollars in just two or three month and if someone in developing country do the projects like it, they will be very successful in the future,Their economical conditions will be better by this and not a worse,I see a great potential in it and I hope they will understand it too,Anyway that's why I say this.

It seems that this year will be decisive for the crypto currency in the issue of its recognition by the majority of the states of the world. Following Japan, more countries recognize bitcoin and another crypto currency as a means of payment with all the ensuing consequences. A few days ago, the representatives of the "Big Twenty" also generally supported the possible recognition of the crypto currency, and since July this issue can be considered at this summit. If the issue is resolved positively, most states recognize the Crypto currency and this will be a turning point in its existence.

About this, I'm more thinking., that it will become legal and more recognized by the whole countries, anyhow life will not be monotonous and not following the technological development. Crypto is the future that's destined to be deepened till being useful.

To recognize or not recognize the Crypto-currency as a legitimate means of payment on the territory of one's own country is an internal matter of each state and in this matter no one has the right to indicate it. As we can see, in different countries this question is solved in different ways. The process of legalizing crypto currency will still take a very long time and there is no guarantee that it will end for it positively in all countries.

No all the countries will not make bitcoin legal. Because they are afraid of cryptocurrency. Once crypto enters in to the country it will affect local fiat's. The main reason countries will not accept bitcoin due to this reason. But once it accept bitcoin it will leads the countries growth.
We are all just hoping that cryptocurrency will become legal in all countries and will become a big phenomenal, and since that time is not yet coming I will just see to it first that I have some bitcoin that I can withdraw in our future, it does not matter how much you have what matters is that you have some of it.

That's right. The author is making problem on an empty place.
That is going to be like a Big Bang if some of those countries which already forbidden crypto trading will change their decision about it. I guess it is more possible that some more countries will join to this ban rather those country will change something about their rough crypto regulation.

The legal status of Bitcoin and the digital currency is still a hot debate to date, but significant progress is evident in some countries.

As time passes, some countries begin to look at Bitcoin and the digital currency by trying to legalized of the digital currency.

Typically, regulation is not something that all parties support. But in the case of Bitcoin, regulation is a gift. Bitcoin regulation is something that is supported by the Bitcoin community around the world.

I also hope bitcoin will become legal worldwide.

I do not know if the risk is high or not. If it is high, then do not. If it is not, then do it in a smart way. Added to that, it all depends on the situation of your country. You clearly know your country better than us. So before doing something, you should study all its aspects to see whether it will be suitable and beneficial for you or not. And that implies stating the possible risks and their solutions. Yes, brother. Nothing can be done that easily.
Time will come for sure that all countries will make cryptocurrency legal especially now that bitcoin brings name in Japan, and when Japan becomes successful in it countries will get curious and will reopen the possibility again to people.

Opportunities will always be there but it takes a very long time for bitcoin to be legal around the world, we do not know what will happen in the future. Because now also a lot of prohibition to promote cryptocurrency.
Yes, opportunities will always lead to countries as one way to help the Economy and when a government sees the good impact that bitcoin is creating in an individual and in the country then for sure they will legally regulate it.

No way all counties make bitcoin legal. A state exists by taxing citizens, weak currency may be partially replaced by bitcoin, look what happened in Venezuela and Zimbabve. Authorities lose control over citizen's funds therefore over whole situation there. Only modern and strong economy may tolerate bitcoin. The government will take taxes from transactions on the exchange for Fiat. But they will never allow the use of bitcoins as a legal means of payment in stores. If bitcoin is banned in your country, you must exchange it in another country or in illegal exchangers.
Bitcoin will not help such countries. They only have one way out. It's the issue of new money. As long as people will not be in the hands of a large amount of money can save up goods in stores and make residents who have savings in foreign currency to exchange dollars for a new currency. But this is a temporary step. The main actions should be aimed at the destruction of corruption and theft.

what's the best way to change bitcoins into dollars?
The best way to sell bitcoins for dollars on the stock exchange. If your country has no claims to bitcoin and is not included in the sanctions list, you will have no problems registering on the exchange and receiving a Bank transfer from there. But if your country's on the black list, you're in trouble.
