Looking at the market dominance, bitcoin covers almost 70.5% of the market trade as of time of writing. there is the need for altcoin recovery or it might spell doom for investors. i.e, people invest today on a new project and sell off tomorrow.
According to a wall street executive, Max keiser, he strongly believed that altcoins has reached there dead end and advised that everyone should focus on bitcoin. considering the fact that bitcoin is limited. there is the need for altcoins as the name implies, Alternative coins.

What is your say on this.

The cycle of history should return us again to altcoins season. But that is true - Bitcoin is the king and price of altcoins always will be connected with Bitcoin.

I am of thr opinion that altcoins as well as bitcoin will help change and shape the world. So i see no reason to believe the word of a fellow man like me over my own intuition and my own believes. Things might look rocky but i strongly believe it will change for good and there will definitely come a time where the cryptocurrency market cap will rival that of forex.

At the moment, you can only watch the altcoin market. It is impossible to invest in it or play to raise or lower. If someone does this, then he is a professional. But will the market come to life someday ... we can only observe the development of the situation.

I have a lot of investment in an exchanger and for years I don't withdraw them I even quit cryptocurrency investing in them.

I stan you for this, you got some balls in holding your funds in an exchanger even though it is risky, any exchanger could shutdown anytime if they are not well funded or if their clients are starting to drop down because of their competitors, for me, I recommend not to do that again, well, it is still depends on you but my only concern is your funds, it might be lost forever with the exchange where you put it in, and you'll end up having nothing.

Store it in a trusted wallet app, or in a hardware wallet, for your assurance.

If we see it is better to invest in BTC than altcoin. But it is true that bitcoin has a limited amount and everyone must have a strategy to continue to survive in cryptocurrency. And I personally still believe that the altcoin season can happen again and benefit many people.

I don't think everyone should have the same view on the crypto market if we debate regarding investing in the altcoins or BTC. I think the price of BTC is not cheap now for investing and the altcoins have seen at the bottom of the altcoin charts. The dip point is good because of the main trading idea of buying low-selling high. Alt season can start in 2021 too, no need to call it before the BTC halving.

I believe that now that the market is fluctuating, we should not panic. Bitcoin and alrcoin take a long time to stabilize and grow. This is a good time for us to buy altcoins because their prices are still very cheap. We should focus on altcoins in the top 50. I believe that holding these altcoins in the long run will bring us a lot of profits.
I also think so, but there are many altcoins that i hold are in the 200-300 coinmarketcap rank. Just waiting for the time until i get a lot of profit from the altcoin and hope that in 2020 altcoin will make a comeback like 2017

In my opinion, it's hard to repeat the 2017 moment even though it could have happened. I don't think we need to worry about the tokens or coins we hold, as long as the developer team is still actively communicating with investors and providing product developments, the coins still have a chance to rise in price

This is a very good question. Not sure whether altcoins will even stay at this level or get down further more and erode more peoples wealth. Market is in need of trigger to move up.

if development still running we should not worry with our altcoin, although it outside top 100. Development will be the key for altcoin price. Maybe we will need long time for these coins to recoverry, investors more interested in major coins that have less risk if compared to unknown coins or token in market. As we know many projects die when market crashing, dev team prefer to run and dump their token reserve.

altcoin will comeback again for following reasons:

1 There are many thing that bitcoin cant can't fulfill, that's why altcoin needed for developing crypto

2 whales wanna make big profit, altcoin can give it

3 regulation hasnt changed. it is still possibly that altcoin can grow like what happened in the past

Altcoins still have a good role to play in crypto ecosystem, even though the major issue on ground now is that most team members behind  altcoin projects are just in for the money and once they hit their target, they move on to launch a new project rendering the former useless. Well, we traders still make profit from altcoin trading especially for short to mid term. I'm hoping to see real world adoption for some altcoins in future, most of their applications are merely theoretical.

After that the market value increase today i don't really expect that to happened but we could notice all the time that as time pass the market value is still increasing in some of the altcoins and there is still potential in some of the altcoins but still a lot of dead tokens in the market until today don't have any value. I earn a decent amount of profit when I sell my holdings yesterday so I conclude that cryptocurrency was still profitable and altcoins will still go for its comeback for long term investments.

That's just a prediction, but it's true the current condition Bitcoin is very mendomonasi.
But what will happen after all Bitcoin stocks have come out, of course people will use alt because of various technologies in addition to the means of payment.
But a lot of bad icos make the views on tokens so worse, and this will happen very long until all true garbage tokens are right dead

Of course, the nature of cryptocurrency is its volatility, it has a big possibility that it will come back again and I am sure of that because as time goes by there are lots of people adopting altcoins or cryptocurrency. We should have wait for the time that the market itself will recover, we just need to hold and do not do panic selling. I am sure that it will come back again because just like what happened last 2017 the market experienced bull run and almost all of the altcoin got to the moon. Every person that time is earning their own technique of earning.

The dominance of bitcoin is quite high in the market on the other hand altcoins at their bottom price. Expectations are high from altcoins like Btc but most of the altcoins are struggling. No doubt bitcoin is the top priority for the investors. Hopefully, we can expect the best from altcoins as well in the coming time.

The altcoin is coming back but it's important you take your eyes off it for now, i have sold most of my altcoin for bitcoin, since the hope on Bitcoin is higher than any other. With predictions,Next year is expected to come with a rise in value of both. No matter how worse bitcoin may be it is still far better than many of the altcoin.

Bitcoin still continues to suppress other altcoins and BTC dominance continues to increase.
it doesn't continue to increase, I've been monitoring it on a daily basic, it reach like 70% as its highest this year but current at 65% only.

But i still believe that altcoins will come back in the future. But it is impossible for me to know when this will happen. And until that time, i think it would be less risky and more logical to choose BTC as a safe harbor until this happens.
All of us are hoping for this market to grow but all of us also don't know when its going to happen.
I'm pretty sure you miss the last time this market boom, some people think its a bubble, because after that boom, it started to fall until it settles now.
its been 2 years more or less that we haven't seen altcoins moving its usually bullish move but we don't give up easily, things will eventually change and those who hold longer will surely benefit when the right time comes.
