Lets just look at the working of altcoins they highly rather entirely depend on bitcoin. So the basic concern should be when will bitcoin rise up. We cannot question whether it will rise up again or not because definitely, bitcoin will wake up soon. In the times when bitcoin makes progress, altcoins don't do any thing different. Though the pace at which they follow the king is a way too slow, but profits are returned.

Altcoins will bounce back Bitcoin dominance won't be high forever at some point the market will reverse for Altcoins to have their own rally with Bitcoin leading the way.

Exactly, most altcoins will fail in the long run. So asking if "altcoins will ever come back again" is a broad question. We should be very careful when holding altcoins for long term, since most without valuable use cases will slowly fade in future. Soon most crypto enthusiasts will only hold altcoins with working products and some extent of real life use cases.

if the altcoins season will not return at least many popular projects have lost their value until they die, but in reality we still get value on altcoins still doing strong resistance even though the price is slightly lower but the next day the price of altcoins is still able to recover or increase slightly. with the current situation there will indeed be many people who are disappointed and make a FUD news everywhere, and i think it's just a process because after all there will still be many big projects to be released next year and it shows if the altcoin season will come
