I think the crash is from B2X hardfork that scheduled on Dec.28 and this Made a blood bath on altcoin.
The crash of the altcoins is also promoted by the segwitt, which is to be held tomorrow. but also "large players" fix profits before the New Year, which means that many traders sell their altcoins. Everything should be restored after the New Year. 
When i see xrp at $1 then it looks inevitable that the market will go down or at least some of the alts.

Yes, of course. They will moon and they will crash. Crypto markets are very volatile and the ride is very harsh, so you should be prepared for that and never invest money that you could not afford to lose.
Will altcoins crash again ?
It is difficult to generalize in this type of matters, because even in the worst moments of volatility there have been quite a few altcoins with a fairly stable behavior. However, I think one of the things that clearly characterizes this market is the high volatility, and this implies that we should get used to adverse scenarios quite often. I believe in diversification to minimize the negative effects of that volatility, but without incurring excesses. 
The strongest alts already had their crash and are not recovering with bitcoin. It's the smaller alts that are going to suffer. Many increased 5x or more in the last 1-2 weeks and a correction is surely due.
I think yes. Alts will crash and rise many times. And if you smart and lucky you can enlarge your portfolio.... Or lose it... It's up to you!
The best idea is to wait till another fork plague, planned on 28/12 - ends. Right now bitcoin will get some in value and your alts will lose some BTC value.
Yes alts will crash again. Just look at the year we have had. But I think that we will have a huge increase and the crash/correction will have to wait a bit more. But always have some cash stashed away for the red times.

I don't think that the altcoins will have a crash again because as you can see that the price of bitcoin is not yet pumping and that is a good indicator for the altcoin trader that the price of the altcoins will not go dump or have a crash because everything is fine in the bitcoin market and as long as the price of bitcoin is not having a breakout then it is a good to go for altcoin traders.

Yes alts will crash again when Bitcoin will pump again. They will crash when bitcoin will dump also. Because we are going though this situation again and again. When Bitcoin pump alts dump, when Bitcoin dump , altc also dump.
All the altcoins are somehow tied into bitcoin, so they will dance to his tune, most likely a month will be a stagnation in the market

Altcoins are on a crash now. Because bitcoin is rising again. Lets see where this stops but I am waiting for a altcoin crash because I want to buy them at low. 
Better buy those alts which aren't connected to Bitcoin in no way!
