I think it's funny that you really think that someone who has taken all the right steps for KYC and AML processes is going to get shut down. Their recent partnership with ciphertrace is a pretty sure tell way that they are doing everything legal and legit

Well, I don't really trust this exchange either. It tries to conquer the entire market and dictate the rules to the developers. I especially did not like that they decided to run their blockchain. Take care of your money, this exchange can repeat one sad experience of one exchange.

The Fed has closed down exchanges in other jurisdictions in the past. Binance has US customers: This is a NO NO. Craig Wright is no fool and wants Binance out of the picture. Be aware! Maybe hell is coming to Binance: Use them but don’t hold your bags with them: Binance is Malta based but is breaking US Laws and if you think for 5 minutes that the US regulators are not going to take them out you are foolish: Wall Street need Binance and these rogue exchanges out of the way. CZ could do prison time! I would not want to be in his shoes! Binance could be deemed as a money launderer and a tool for terrorism. US regulators and law enforcement have Binance on their radar and will make a move! Opinion!
Your opinion is just a pure FUD,  there is no point of originality from it,  it's just a guess work from u,  Binance can never be down,  Binance is not Poloinex or bittrex that the US government can clamp down on, take your  FUD opinion else where,  Binance is gonna keep going on strong

Absolutely any exchanges can be blamed for money laundering only for the reason that cryptocurrency wallets are not tied to specific people or campaigns. In general, cryptocurrencies were created by anonymous, and who does not like it - can not trade them.

So long as Binance is not having its headquarters in America, it will be difficult for the American government to close it down. The worst they can do is to order all American citizens to withdraw their funds
If i remember correct they  moved there headquarter a few times already, With the rules getting tighter around the world they have to give inn on the long run to keep the place running.

This is why there is a great danger of using a single centralized platform. Binance is not only CZ, but lately there have been a lot of different charges against it, it makes me wonder.

Of course, do not put all eggs in one basket. And main thing do not use exchange as a wallet to keep your coins.
There are a lot of safe alternatives to that, be smart

I do not think that Binance will get closed down especially with all the recent public announcements of compliance partnerships with cyber security firms like ciphertrace.

They making move to Malte for removing complicated regulation, especially from US. If by any chance US got their hands of Binance, Binance will just don't accept US customer then.

But i don't know, if US really make binance opt US customer, it's a bad sign..but then again people still use BITMEX with VPN.

You can not be sure of everything, you all understand and I think that there will definitely be the same here, in any case, it will be better to deal with security, which will be very extensive, as long as there is none.

It would be highly surprising.

It's the top crypto platform, they do everything they can to keep their US customer base.

Yes, there is a chance, but it is low.

So be careful. Just hold your token on your wallet, should be better in a cold wallet.

Such a strong and powerful exchange as Binance can not be closed.  It is used by a lot of people.  I do not think that in general it is possible to take and close the stock exchange that feeds everyone.
Strong exchange that will backed up by big business behinds is not that easy to be shut down, not unless powerful countries of businessman will
do their dirty ways to achieved to close down a good and profitable exchange, the power of money should also be taken place as it can moved
anything if the price is right.

I cannot imagine that Binance will close their exchange, because it is the biggest, the most popular exchange with the largest trading volume that is not faked. The can ask US customers to close their accounts, but nothing more.
so was MTGox..

I doubt Craig has what it takes to plan out any major revenge that may harm binance. The guy barely has wit to save himself. And even though the long hand of US is every where, they know squashing binance is going to cause some unsavoury results

Binance is used by the professional and newbie traders, there is no concrete reason to shut down the biggest crypto exchange. Generally, Bittrex lost its reputation a while ago and Binance replaced the Bittrex.
