As already said, Binance has its HQ in Malta. It has to obey by the laws of the European Union. So, no problems there. I'm not a fan of Binance though. It is too big and at some point it could pose a problem to the entire crypto sphere, much like Mt Gox was in the past. I'm rooting for decentralized exchanges to replace these centralized monsters.
Yes, Binance really becomes some kind of crypto-monopoly giant. However, I think that it is impossible to just close such a giant.

Binance is not an exchange that can be easily closed. Every crypto trader knows about Binance and uses the exchange. This Binance may prohibit people from any country from visiting its exchange.

The Fed has closed down exchanges in other jurisdictions in the past. Binance has US customers: This is a NO NO. Craig Wright is no fool and wants Binance out of the picture. Be aware! Maybe hell is coming to Binance: Use them but don’t hold your bags with them: Opinion

If The Fed ban Binance, its only for US Citizen and right now binance already operate in many country. I think we should not worry because crypto market or exchanger already regulated in several country like malta.

Anything can happen with any kind of stock exchange. No one from this is not insured. It's really possible to be a fake news. We must grow up and we must be safe and not keep all their savings on the same exchange or wallet. Just fold eggs in different baskets.

I do have strong beliefs that Binace will not be affected and will not closed down. Not even I imagined that they will become weak for any issues. They had a good reputation and that wasn't easily build. I guess, there will be a solution with that American customer issues that Binance will take care of.

Binance operates its licence in Malta. So why should that affect it? With its innovation and security, I don't think Wright's whining will do it any harm. BTW, if push comes to shove the American customers might be asked to withdraw their patronage and that won't shake the exchange an inch. Binance is a strong viable exchange. I don't have any worries about them.

The fed should first give warnings before they can close it down, if there is a violation they should be fine, but not close at once, we are talking of big business here, it's not the way how it works, and besides, the violation is not that so serious for immediate closure, there should be hearing first.

Always remember this to all exchanges ans web wallets. Don't be so sure to keep most of your funds where you don't hold your private keys.  You should keep your coins somewhere that you also keep the private keys to have control on it.

You are underestimating the power of the US. They caught the CEO of btc-e.com in Greece and shut down btc-e.com.

USA basically owns every .com domain out there. If you commit a crime while using a .com domain they can find and jail you no matter where you live.

Binance uses a .com domain. If they find out something fishy about them, USA can indeed shut binance down.
Exactly mate, nothing can hide from US as long as you are violating their laws they will hunt you down and will make you pay for your violation
I hope binance can make this things clear and prevent from accepting US citizen to enter their business as they are one of the most potentially among the exchanges now to have a bright future

Craig Wright will never stop to get revenge from delisting His coin from the binance platform

I believe Craig Wright alone can't do the miracle of shutting down Binance just like that.
A big exchange like Binance have their own legal team that will make sure that they are following protocols especially US laws and regulations.
With the continuous whining of Wright, it just shows how he turned out to be a laughing stock in the crypto community.
Are we expecting another drama from his end? When will he gonna stop all his media stunts?

I am sure Binance is doing everything  according the US regulations and Binance wont`t be closed in the US. It is the most popular and  trusted exchange. If we compare it to coins Binace is equal  to BTC.

Not sure that can be, binance have goes big than disappear suddenly they'll will rather change what doing and choose what's related. And moreover keeping your assets in there is not safe enough as it's exchange even though no where is safe online anymore.

Binans has long been doing everything to ensure that law enforcement agencies of the United States of America have no complaints about it. That is why it is forbidden to participate in an IEO for people whose countries are under US sanctions.
I am sure that Binans is doing everything to stay within the framework of US law.

That FED is no more in the picture, does not mean that Binance will be affected. As a matter of fact, that will be a hard thing to happen.
Well, they might be sanxtioned and be made to pay some amount of money. I just feel Binance should be more careful in  future, because a lot of investors have come to trust them.

I think you shouldn't open this subject in the first place.. When someone reads this topic, could think about Binance in very bad ways. As all we know the Binance is the biggest and most strong Exchange in the cryptocurrency market, it has almost 1 billions of dollars 24 hours volume. Also the BNB coin is keep raising and became one of the best altcoins. Also i am keep buying BNB coins because i believe in them.

all exchanges will definitely be closed but now binance is at its peak there is no reason to close it ,It's just a rumor if you see it on social media ,we are advised not to put all your assets too long in an exchange ,so there are no accidents when the exchange closes

I am not sure Craig Wright has such Federal powers in the US and asides that, Binance and its CEO Changpeng Zhao has not committed any fraud against the regulation of SEC to the best of every one's knowledge.

I'm not sure that Binance exchange has us customers or other countries customers but although Chinese exchange so of course has Chinese customer. How people think that Binance get close down, already started lots of features in Binance coin blockchain.

I see no reason for this. Of course, this alignment cannot be ruled out, but there are no fools working there, they are well aware of the realities of the current market and its dangers. Obviously, there will be many attempts to bring the exchange to its knees, but it will not be so easy to do.
