Maybe so, most likely there is some kind of technical work and they usually warn people about it, but I think that very soon people will think wrong and most likely nothing bad will happen. Although many exchanges today have already shown their faces.

You must be a Craig’s loyalist for saying this horrible thing about Binance, even though Binance has US customers but I am not sure they are the majority or the stronger community backing Binance, after all, they are not operating within the jurisdiction of United State, if their present country of domiciled who are crypto friendly does not close Binance down, I don’t know what influence then FED will have.

If they are even to start with, it wouldn’t be Binance but other exchanges with bad records and not an exchange that is carrying out its duty diligently, this might just be an assumption and I doubt if it will ever happen.

Binance is currently top 1 cryptocurrency exchange in the world and it has many lawyers who analyzes the regulation rules in order Binance meet them. I do not think we have anything to worry about.

Every opinion has some thought behind it And de must give proper respect to that Even if we agree or not.in this case also you must hold the coin on different exchanges to minimize this risk.although binance has its headquarter in Malta so european unión must have regulation to control it. So be safe always

Binance is not operating in the United States though so why would they be affected by a US law?

This is not like a Pablo Escobar thing that US would extradite criminals from the other countries to extent jurisdictions and abide their laws
right, binance is not owned by America so I'm not afraid Binance will be closed.
I am sure if Binance has many fans who support it so it will not be easily destroyed.
many lucky countries after adopting Binance.

Well, if this project is experiencing such problems. That and any other large cryptocurrency project can close. I do not think this will happen.

In the past, the exchange has already moved its headquarters twice, due to the onslaught of regulators. Binance is now officially located in Malta. But I do not think that this could prevent the US regulator from eventually closing it down and this will have consequences. Everything's possible.
I remember that too, they needed to transfer their headquarters to facilitate much better without any intervention with any regulatory, binance was already a big business they will surely protect what they've already been established.

Binans is a very large exchange for today, with quite serious capitals and plans,it will not be so easy to close it,even if they want to,so it's definitely a pitchfork on the water drive,I'm sure that everything will be fine with the project, and the price of the token will only rise up and up

I don't understand what you man by binance getting closed down, but as it stands, that's about the best exchange in this space, if you made this post because of regulation issues, then I might understand. But so far I think Binance has been very adhesive in terms of regulation and all. So I don't really seem that happening

Binance cryptocurrency exchange really knows exactly that there are definitely US citizens who use their platform for their crypto activities and they would try as much as possible not to violate any of the US laws which may call for sanction and a possible shut down. CZ surely knows what he is doing.

As I know Binance is based in China. USA do not have rights to ban Binance for the whole world, but they can disallow Binance to provide services to american people. Smiley

I don't think it will, imagine if a binary exchange is closed down.
I think bitcoin will be destroyed and the altcoin will be more destroyed now.

To be honest, I can't believe it at all.  Because it is impossible and no one needs.  This is specifically made such news.  To all worried and more PR whether.
Of course, these are just rumors that are created to ordinary people, who understand little about how the market works, start to panic

Typically newcomers are using the Binance trading platform. I don't think you should post this, it will have a negative effect on users

The Fed has closed down exchanges in other jurisdictions in the past. Binance has US customers: This is a NO NO. Craig Wright is no fool and wants Binance out of the picture. Be aware! Maybe hell is coming to Binance: Use them but don’t hold your bags with them: Binance is Malta based but is breaking US Laws and if you think for 5 minutes that the US regulators are not going to take them out you are foolish: Wall Street need Binance and these rogue exchanges out of the way. CZ could do prison time! I would not want to be in his shoes! Binance could be deemed as a money launderer and a tool for terrorism. US regulators and law enforcement have Binance on their radar and will make a move! Opinion!

Any exchange can get close down, it depends on the issues will happen. Now in Binance, as far as I know this platform
was always listed on top 10 exchange at the coinmarketcap. So, it never come into my mind that things will happen.
And if ever that happen, for sure the market of cryptocurrency will get affect by it for sure.

Because of their launchpad program they are very much stablize in the marketplace. When there any new tokens from the IEO automatically their own coin BNB raising in the marketplace.
That too other exchanges giving low rate than binance so price also increase because of demand and supply theory.
My opinion it will not fall down completely.

This is insane what are you talking about? Are you starting with a FUD? where did you get that stupid idea. US SEC has no jurisdiction with Binance, First Binance is not registered in the US second its operated in Malta and Malta has own friendly regulation about Blockchain base Industry. and I think Binance is a AML compliant Exchange and then why did you say its a Launderer and tool of terrorism, "Breaking with US laws-  Malta is not US territory so US cant do anything except US base traders will be ban or prohibited of using Binance if that happen.

Binance has a possibility to close down for being operating on US. But, Can't they just move other country? Also, if they pay tax to the goverment, I don't think they will be forced to shut their operation down as they will give extra money to the goverment. So my opinion, it's possible but not now, maybe later if Binance has a financial problems and not the most favoured exchange anymore.
