I don't think it could ever accomplish that actually. Why would they let that happen? As last resort, they could even create laws that will make usage (like exchanging) of btc illegal or punishable.

I agree. Bitcoin cant destroy the fiat. Even it has a high value still it wont happen because government wont let this. And when it comes to price as the time goes by bitcoinprice will continue increase it too but I think even in 2022 almost everyone will used it. Because it still depend on the people. As we know that eveb they know bitcoin today some still dont used it because they are not interested on it.

* As mentioned earlier a commodity which bitcoin has become is not harm banking which deals with currency. However bitcoin has potential to do so. That potentials is yet to be tapped correctly.
* Majority of people are using bitcoin for storing and not for purchase. The transaction happening against actual purchase is still low.

* Majority in community are not addressing elephant in the root. that is amount of energy footprint in mining bitcoins.

I think that's a mistake that you do not understand because there are so many obstacles like adults who can not compete with the new generation so it's possible to think that it's okay to be used to it because it's very difficult to meet the new generation ...

it's difficult to predict. at first, you have to make sure that Bitcoin will long last until that day then people will use Bitcoin. but I believe that Bitcoin will last at least another 100 years so that from my observation is that almost half of the population in the world will use Bitcoin for their daily purpose or business. day by day Bitcoin is becoming a decent platform for doing business and a lot of people already have been engaged with this system. I also believe that Bitcoin will be the major currency in the global economic system in the future.

I dont think that bitcoin would destroy the fiat system. It would take so many years before the world could adopt on the bitcoin. But there is a possibility for everything we never know what will really happen in the future.

That is simply most likely impossible to happen im sure that the capitalist families will intervene to protect their fiat currency and might in fact make their own to compete against bitcoin. So in other words the two currency might coexist which is other the only difference is that the other is centralized while the other is decentralized more like good and evil.
In 2022 "almost everyone" will bitcoin. Will lets see but im sure it will become a currency with the greatest value.

now it is already 2017 and still not so much using bitcoin. 5 years to 2022, I think is still too short. it took up to 10 years to get everyone around the world using bitcoin

I don't think banks will go out of market because they have the support of governments, and always will. They thrive together in alliance for decades and will continue to do so. i do think they will need to adjust, and that will be good for us, but they will not go out of market. I mean where are you going to get a loan in the future? You will always go to a bank because you trust them for at least this I guess.

Not all banks sectors of business killed by bitcoin but some of them. Saving and investing , and lending will change if banks don't embrace bitcoin. There are new way a start up to raise fund. they need no banks anymore to borrow money, they can make ICOs. People will tend to save money in their wallet because keeping in the wallet will not be suspended by the bank, when people spend bitcoin without limit bank stil limit the spending. Those are some areas that will be taken by bitcoin.

Truly, bitcoin will be use by practically or should I say by nearly everyone of the general population around the globe. Like in the year 2022 for an example . As a result of its developing community, it will impact the little earners of money to acknowledge bitcoin as well. New adopters of bitcoin are joining everyday and they will make more money that way.
