There are no restriction in bitcoin , everyone is highly suitable to join , use and earn bitcoin. It is the user or to the bitcoiner the decision on whether to use it, even for the bad or for the good of him or everyone.
Is this true? I think it is still not certain. But there is a possibility that they will use these bitcoin to send them because bitcoin can be sent not knowing who sent it and what will be doing with it, even who is the reciever of it. Even in my newbie days here I am also thinking that these can be done by people, though I don't think that it can be really used these efficiently by these terrorist. With these, terrorist can convert bitcoin and earn money, buy guns and other things that they can use to overthrow the government and hurt the people under it, that is really miserable.

and no, I assure you that there is no idiot in the whole world that is going to choose bitcoin (with 100% public, open to the whole world transactions) over easy fiat/cash such as using USD which is 100% anonymous, non-traceable and acceptable everywhere in the whole world.

We cannot control others on how they will use bitcoin just like we cannot control people on how to use fiat. Since bitcoin itself has its value, this type of usage is inevitable. Since you asked if bitcoin is used to support terrorist or any bad organization, I will tell you that nothing will change. Did anyone asked "what if they use fiat to do bad?", obviously fiat and bitcoin are the same at some point but no one questions the usage of fiat as far as I know.

As scary as it is, Bitcoin can be used to any way and that of course, can be a good or bad act. It just only depends on the owner of it. The president of US can buy bitcoin and it's also the same with the criminal groups. They can also buy BTC and use it for terrorism. I think this is one of the reasons why the government wants to control the flow of BTC in certain countries.

NO, of course bitcoin wouldn't support such thing like terrorist, but since anyone could use bitcoin, then terrorist might use it in their dark plan purposes. And Yes, this might already happening, but we just don't know about it because you know, terrorist act silently but deadly, that is why it is banned on some countries which do have many terrorist, their government is just preventing terrorist to use the advantage of bitcoin on this illegal stuffs.

Same question, with the same answer. Law enforcement will lead the offort to stop them, sometimes we may be able to stop them, sometimes we cannot.
Fiat is still the biggest currency for illegal transactions. That something CAN be used for something does not mean that that is the only thing that it can be used for.
Bitcoin makes it easier for them to move value on the internet. Ask yourself, would the dark markets be possible if fiat was used to transact in them? The answer is clearly no. Bitcoin is a god send for criminals.
Not that it will be but it already has been used for supporting terrorism, unfortunately. Terrorist are also closely watching new technologies that could help them in their activities and Bitcoin was ideal because of the anonimity and it was hard to determine the source of funding.
