This is possible in a developing countries where it is somehow difficult to secure a government job. Crypto job require your skills but government job in most corrupt developing country is being influenced making it difficult for poor but brilliant graduate to get government job. Such intelligent person will see crypto job as an alternative since it require his skills.
We must not deceive ourselves, the smartest and brightest most often do not ask the government for a job and instead they take a job on a private company with a high salary, and in some cases government jobs are a form of welfare which is why the government employees have grown so much over the last decades all over the world, however when there is an economic crisis they are the first ones to be fired or to see their salary reduced and yet there is no effect on the efficiency, or lack thereof, of the government in turn.
Depending on your capabilities or capacity which you wouldnt really be that blind on what are the things you could do.Its up to you whether the current salary where those typical companies or institutions
do really make your skills worth on the salary that they do give out.If not, then you would definitely finding other place on which you do see that it is really just worth for your service and the
salary you could get.We do have lots of options though and its up to someone on where they would really be deciding which they would be applying.
Speaking on crypto jobs and government jobs then both things would co-exist to each other.I dont believe that there would be some replacement or something like that.

yes because crypto showed up there is bunch of new job crypto related but it has nothing to do with government job it is what it is both will still exist in the future

and crypto job dominant by software engineering job
Because crypto jobs are more dominated by software engineering. So it will not be surprising if the number of workers in the crypto space becomes more than in the government which is basically already limited by lecture titles, certain skills, and also for the number of workers in certain offices.

This is the uniqueness of the crypto space because it can be reached by all walks of life regardless of the course title and everyone only needs to learn about crypto for the things they need. Because crypto is very broad and also very common, so everyone can choose what things they need to learn and choose with a very wise mind because this is for the purpose of achieving the desired target.
Honestly you could work in the crypto world as anything. You do not need to be a developer, you could be a social media account owner with some followers, which is easy to do, a designer, a writer, a community owner, a discord channel owner, or a moderator, there are million other things. It is not going to stop the government jobs, but it is going to prevent unemployment for sure.

The bigger crypto world gets, the more jobs there will be, and that means people will be employed here, and on top of that government jobs are still good, and that will result with private sector finally starting to pay what they should to people, instead of underpaying them.

It is possible that in the era of increasingly sophisticated technology, work in the digitalization industry has now become a spotlight for the new generation. The blockchain industry is one of the thousands of jobs that will involve technology in the future. If we see today that game developers are needed, but it can't be separated from quality criteria and qualified skills. Therefore, introducing a digital education system to the younger generation is one of the factors driving the education strength of a developed country. Because if you can't compress a computer today, it's like being out of date.

Technological development is getting faster, so for countries that want to become developing countries,  they must start thinking about how
the younger generation can keep up with technological developments. Unfortunately in third world counties where the income of the population is
very small, It is very difficult to buy gadgets to be able to keep up with technological developments. So the government must start thinking
about assistance to the poor so that they can get gadgets at low prices, and should also be provided with easy internet access.

The government provide training to workers who work in the government to better understand technology. Because usually many government
employees have very low knowledge of technology, what's interesting is that technological advances are usually crypto-related. So my suggestion
would be even better if crypto was included in the subjects in school, so when the younger generation has started to enter the world of work they
have at least a basic knowledge of crypto. So it will be easier for them to keep up with technological developments. Because for a country where
the majority of the population can keep up with technological developments, it is likely that the country will develop very rapidly.

I don't think so.

Maybe the government will give employees a choice on what kind of salary they are going to receive every payday, whether it's cryptocurrency or fiat. I still can't see that fiat won't exist in the future, because it's more convenient if we have both, cryptocurrency and fiat. I wouldn't waste a $3 transaction fee just to buy a candy.

Not at all, government jobs will still be relevant even if crypto
disappears. Crypto jobs are convenient no doubt, working at
home and so much freedom in it, but it’s a bit irrational to
consider government jobs irrelevant because of crypto jobs,
It’s crazy to think or even imagine of such a thing. It does
not make any sense, it’s two different worlds. Someone
maybe trying to shake something here with such a question.

That's true and this adds to the competition for earning from the internet because many people are desperate to try to earn from the internet. And the existence of this crypto can make them try again, but to earn money from crypto successfully requires effort and learning.

Maybe he can try visiting freelancer websites that offer crypto payments so he can offer his skills. Most people are still confused about offering their abilities to others and charging a high service fee.

Can Crypto jobs ..Police the streets..... or run Prisons.... or repair national roads...? There are loads of jobs that are done by government employees .. that Crypto cannot replace. People seem to think that governments will just sit back and accept that Crypto currencies will disrupt government... but that is wrong.

Politicians will protect themselves and also the government employees that are working for them. That is why governments are protecting the Fiat currencies.... because they know, they control people by manipulating the value of the currency that they use.  Roll Eyes

In my opinion, Crypto job will not make government job irrelevant in the near future but rather it can serve as a side hustle to get extra income. In the near future, Crypto jobs will make people have another source of income from their current job.

Example: Detritus (me)
I serve as a telegram community moderator for a crypto project, in the community, there are 4 moderator and we each work 6 hours per day, I chose to work from 6pm -12 Am every day and with this pattern, it doesn't affect me taking care of my other daily business.

This technology will not replace the government, but many services can move to a higher level of automation, robotization, with a subsequent reduction in people serving these processes. This is a normal process, called development and progress Smiley
But the decision-making area, especially in a world that is difficult to algorithmize, is unlikely to be replaced by high-tech solutions.

This doesn't make any sense at all. These are 2 different things.

So crypto and blockchain offer more secure jobs than government jobs? I don't think so. There are millions of stable government jobs that offered very good salaries and benefits. And how many jobs do crypto and blockchain offer at the moment? Unless there is a global crypto and blockchain adoption, until then jobs are still limited and not that secured compared to many government jobs.

So shilling, trading, and investing are secured jobs eh?

This is crazy thoughts by a person who think crypto related jobs can dominate the whole scene, while in reality we can really see that it will not happen since there are certain jobs there need someones presence and not all can be done online. I guess this two will remain different and crypto related jobs also government work force is totally different so for sure we can see any of it fade out since people needs its service depends on things you needed.

What does government jobs have to do with crypto projects? Not all government jobs are tech related. Not everyone has skills related to those crypto projects. How and why do people come up with such questions? No matter how many blockchain related jobs are available, people will prefer government related jobs because they will very likely get paid higher and receive more benefits that those private projects can't/can never offer.

Although my income in the crypto world is greater than my job in the office, I still think of office jobs as main jobs and crypto jobs as side jobs.
The reason is as you have explained, crypto is very volatile, so it's too risky to make crypto jobs as main jobs. Indeed, there are some people who
make crypto trading their main job, it's because they are professional and can generate profit regularly, that's a different thing. We are talking here
about people in general who only have standard knowledge and skills in the crypto world. Especially if we have worked long enough in certain
government institutions and our positions are already high, it is not recommended that we leave our work to fully focus on the crypto world.
Sometimes we have to think ahead and be realistic too, which the crypto world is full of uncertainty, so don't take risks that can make us regret
in the end.
They are professional so they are willing to quit their main job just to become a full time crypto enthusiast. Many will say it's too risky but we could only say it since and also know the risk of doing it which mean they can afford to take the risk. Maybe they can find job easier if that's the situation but for others which cannot find job easily then not quitting your main job is a good choice to start with plus you earn more than the salary than your job just like yours.

I think that many people would still work in government jobs or in private company jobs even though you also have a job that is related in crypto. As the phrase goes, "never consider your job in crypto as your main income" which I am sure you know that crypto is not stable like fiat currency. The money you will earn in crypto may change from time to time and the money you earn from it may/won't be enough to cover your expenses. It has been discussed many times that you shouldn't quit your job just to make crypto you main income rather make crypto your sideline in earning money. In the future, I think that government will surely find a way to use crypto to their advantage but I don't know what the government will do or what they are planning to do.

The government still considers those unemployed who are grabbing crypto opportunities as unemployed as long as they aren't paying taxes. Though it still has a good impact on the economy. Crypto jobs are good opportunities to those who are having a hard time dealing with this inflation crisis. It's actually a savior to most people who aren't lucky to find stable jobs.
That's very true, and I here (in my area) also see that there are more people who go into the crypto space to study and work and make money because on average they have not found work in certain agencies with stable salaries for each month.

Even though in the crypto space the income is also not always stable because market conditions are not always stable, but with a very simple way of working, I don't think they will leave the crypto space even though they have got another job in a certain agency with a stable salary later. Because it is clear as you said that this (crypto space) is a savior for some people who do not have jobs that match their respective skills.
