This is possible in a developing countries where it is somehow difficult to secure a government job. Crypto job require your skills but government job in most corrupt developing country is being influenced making it difficult for poor but brilliant graduate to get government job. Such intelligent person will see crypto job as an alternative since it require his skills.
We must not deceive ourselves, the smartest and brightest most often do not ask the government for a job and instead they take a job on a private company with a high salary, and in some cases government jobs are a form of welfare which is why the government employees have grown so much over the last decades all over the world, however when there is an economic crisis they are the first ones to be fired or to see their salary reduced and yet there is no effect on the efficiency, or lack thereof, of the government in turn.do really make your skills worth on the salary that they do give out.If not, then you would definitely finding other place on which you do see that it is really just worth for your service and the
salary you could get.We do have lots of options though and its up to someone on where they would really be deciding which they would be applying.
Speaking on crypto jobs and government jobs then both things would co-exist to each other.I dont believe that there would be some replacement or something like that.
