How can this all happen if the price movement of ETH and bitcoin was so slow, we are all hoping that this will be happen very soon for 2019 for better living and earn again.
I'm not sure about that. I see the current market conditions are still very hard to experience an increase but the crypto world can surprise us. Even so, there are still many people who believe in ethereum and it could be that the crew will increase if the second ETF has been approved.
Even if ETH doubles this year we should be very happy as currently btc is still quite low and might be it will have the bull run soon and this could just be the beginning for many altcoins and prices might than pickup after the bull run begins .

I think for up to $ 500 for ethereum this year, it's very possible, because now ethereum has started to move up, hopefully it will continue to rise even though it's slow, because that's what we expect

Everything is connected to Bitcoin. If Bitcoin surprise us with rates over 10,000 USD, then Ethereum will get to 500 USD or more. If Bitcoin continue to gravity around 3000-5000 USD, then I don't thing there is a chance Ether to near close to 500 USD. I think people are overrating the ETF hype.
This is very true. Price of all Altcoins including ETH depends on BTC ( Cryptocurrency correlation: how does altcoins depend on BTC ). If BTC has a bull run again, who knows ETH may exceed 1000 USD.
honestly, if the next 3 months ethereum price can penetrate 200 dollars, I have been very happy, at least there is hope to live again. so I will not dream to see ETH reach 500 in the near future.
I am the same as you, just in the first or second quarter, the price of ETH can reach 200 $, that's great, we should not set expectations too high and then continue to be disappointed like 2018 
Well ,no one knows what will happen to the price of ethereum this year it might go down or up. 2018 is the worst year for crypto maybe this year is a diffetent one.
To be honest, this question remains to be unpredictable because we have seen how the market behaves for a several months. We still didn't see any potential event that could make a sudden turn of events. But I still have a positive look at this year because all we probably want is to support with this kind of thing.

why do you think ethereum isn't alive now? look at the ethereum situation now, he is able to survive and now they are struggling to grow and maintain their position. now their daily trading volume continues to grow it will be good for future growth.

I have a big faith on ethereum but I don’t believed about ETF to bring this to growth again and reached more than 500$ within the year,what i was waiting now is the Fork in which may be considered as surviving tools from the continuous falling of this great coinBut i am happy enough to see ethreum hitting rank number 2 again from a month of losing the spot to XRP(ripple)
