we do not know if the neo is counted in the top 10 coins now according to predicts of bitcoin analyzes the height of the neo value there is really a potential of these coins to belong to the top 10 coins but we are not sure if this is true because It's a prediction that we just wait for the result about it.
I think it all depends... People still strongly associate NEO with china, and china is not a crypto-friendly country lately. If China lifts its bans, I wouldn't be surprised at all if NEO skyrockets, just because of press alone. Not because any laws will actually be changed.
I liek the staking idea, gives a reason not to just dump. Wish some of these Mn coins would implement this.

I remember how in 2017 the price for NEO did not exceed $ 1. Now the price for NEO fluctuates around $ 100 and this is not the price limit. So I think that this altcoyin has every chance to enter the top 10 crypto currency in 2018.
