We have Monero is fighting behind to be the top one. Besides its competition, NEO is standing still and would certainly have a good growth this year.

My answer is yes. Chinese government will help Neo to become top crypto. I think they will implement some features in internal system and NEO will become applicable for real tasks. This will cause price growth
why chinese govt will support crypto , they are aware that crypto is danger to fiat .
and if any govt support any crypto currency then we should check reasons too .
centralization of any coin is as bad as ban of crypto .
