No, religion doesn’t save anyone. “Salvation” is a spiritual state, not a religion. Religion is a human construct built around the idea of pleasing and appeasing a God or gods. That doesn’t mean it is necessarily wrong, but it is only a structure around the basic core idea of spirituality. Many people have religion and no spirituality, which is pretty useless. It is a social activity. Spirituality is cultivating a relationship with God in Spirit. religion alone causes more problems that it’s worth, without spirituality.
Religion can never save you if the lifestyle you are living is bad
No religion could ever save anyone... you are judged according to your deeds... you are being judge according to your actions... no one and no thing could ever saved you but you always do something about it... if you really want to be saved!
I do not follow any religion but I like Buddhism most

Religion won’t save you but it will indeed make this world a much more meaningful place. It will help you shape your limited days in this world. It will answer all questions in your head and help you have an aim to be here.
Religion is everything i need in bad situation because i believe in my God.
For me I have no interest in religion. But I myself believe in destiny.

This is really a deep question but i believe the religion will only guide you to greatness. Even myself have switch from catholic to christian but its doesn't really matter because what is important that i believe in Him and will follow Him forever. 
I think not. Religions are like street signs pointing which way to go but our thinking always brings us where to go. It is our decision always that rules.
No only you can save yourself from the wrath of our God and Judgement Day.
Only Jesus can save....Believe in him and you shall have eternal life. He really Loves you.

Man is so created ... He needs to believe in something. Someone finds faith in himself, who is in religion!

Religion cannot save anyone. What matters is how you relate with God and you fellow human beings. If your relationship with God and your fellow humanbeings is good then you're saved.
If I remember correctly, RCC and EO have 7 sacraments.
Protestants and Baptists keep 2, I believe.
They have this in common: they are visible or physical actions that are stated to be a means of grace to those involved.
We receive grace through faith in the finished work of Christ, not through religious sacraments.
