I will slightly improve your mood. Ripple really has a good chance to update her historical highs. If you look at the last segment of the price curve since the coronavirus fall in March 2020, you will see that Ripple gradually moves into a parabola. The structure of the Ellitot waves also indicates that the historical high will be updated. The numbers 3 and 5 make up a series of Fibonacci numbers. Therefore, your guess is likely.

Frankly , I think it can reach $2 , currently it is a bit below 1$ and 2$ is actually no that far when you see things that happen in crypto world....Yes 5$ is very far away and i dont see it reach there.....but yes 2$ is reachable

It's better if we think realistically and in the near future I don't see ripple reaching $5,
although in the crypto world anything can happen but it is not easy for sure to reach $ 5 and that takes time too,

$ 5 for the price of Ripple can still happen in the future, provided that the Bitcoin price is not below $ 10k,
Ripple is a good project so for long-term hold or investment I don't think there is a problem, it's just that high volatility must of course be treated wisely,
because if you are wrong, the profit you have will certainly be lost too, buy in the dip and sell in the top, thats the good way.

$2 is just a close price from what XRP has shown for the past weeks and it could really be hit so I won't be surprised if it happens.
But what isn't sustainable is when Ripple reaches double of it, $4-$5 and that would really be surprising.
