There are still governments who still decides if they will banned bitcoin in their country. Banning bitcoin is also the reason why its valu starting to decrease because we lost many investors in that certain countries.
some countries do not prohibit bitcoin but support it. so not all governments will ban bitcoins.
Bitcoin is accepted and used by people across the whole world and since there's no one government ruling the whole world, it is nearly impossible for such ban to happen.
Some government have already banned bitcoin but i think their people still manage to use bitcoin, in my country the State banks has turn bitcoin trading as illegal but still people continue trading bitcoin, i am hopeful that in respect of the increasing interest of the people in bitcoin government will very soon change their decision.

EU certainly will not ban crypto, specially after new legislation that is underway.. maybe asian countries will do different, but one day all crypto will be regulated..
