yes, it's possible, right now the price is really doing recovery, and almost all altcoin is also like that. but I don't see a situation that makes altcoin prices higher. at this time I think that the increase in the price of altcoin occurs because of the rising price of bitcoin. actually I am a little suspicious that this year the price of bitcoin will be dominantly higher than other altcoins. 
There is a high chance that only bitcoin could take as high and the altcoins could go down sincr a lot investor wouo be probably sdll their token/coine just to accumulate bitcoin since it would be much profitable and practical when in comes of profit. And that's the reason some of the altcoins before really in dip and much lower after the bitcoin pumps up and same scenario will happen this year but since the halving is near then it would different.

Yes it is very possible and note that the altcoin prices are starting to move upward together with bitcoin. There are plenty of things that we should look forward this 2020 and hopefully we can see a bull this year so we can finally leave the bear market. As I saw the coinmarketcap price today most of the graphs are pointing upward and I am very excited what will happen in the following months if this will continue.
in my opinion it depends on investors, if investors return and make trends improve, market conditions can also improve again. and altcoin can also have the potential to improve from current conditions, we can not be sure but anything can happen to the market and also altcoin.
No one knows the trend in 2020 but as long as the crypto investment remain static or decline, I don't think the price will improve. Sadly, the use of blockchain technology is growing every year and that may continue this year but many people are not interested in investing in crypto again. Anything can happen, maybe this year altcoin will pump or even dump back. But at the beginning of this year I saw that altcoin price movements were improving and I also hoped that this year the altcoin season would happen in the near future.
This will be only possible for a few good projects that have a working product and good use cases as well. The days of every worthless projects mooning off with hype is over so let's not dream of those days again because it is never coming back. This is the right time to invest into some good projects who have feasible and good use cases to offer this world. So that once they are adopted by some established institutions it will cause their price to rise with time.

As of today, there are some major changes. I don't know what has happened. As you can see the price has increased and so the other Altcoins. we won't know if this will be the start of the rise of the price again. until the price of the BTC hasn't reached $8000 you need to hold your horses' guys and wait for it to increase even more. Just relax and don't sell your Altcoins yet.
If not all, most alt coins price depends on Bitcoin price, with the rice and fall of bitcoin price in last year the price of many alt are still yet to gain balance, in this coming year, it the price of bitcoin rises, we hope to see improvement in many alt coins in 2020 as investors gain confidence when the price of bitcoin increases.

I'm pretty sure that altcoin in top 30 would grow in 2020 and many other altcoins might not do so. Bitcoin halving will have big effect to crypto and might help top altcoins to grow with bitcoin grow. Dont try to guest which altcoins will grow, i think for safety we should only invest into top altcoins.

Yes its possible especially if you're holding a worthy coins but if you're just holding a shitcoins then dont expect for it to give you profit.Thats why its important to have only good coins in our portfolio, even alts bull run takes longer you wont get worried your alts cant recover back.

Although the market is unpredictable still we can still rely on the past data on 2017 where we can see a good changes by price and volume on all the alts and maybe we can see this scenario when halving will hit back on this year although maybe we can't feel a the same huge pump but still I have a confidence that there are some alt's will reach a another milestone for next year or in next.

I have a feeling that in this year the prices of the altcoins will be good especially bitcoin because there is bitcoin halving this year so I'm sure the price of bitcoin will increase and also the altcoins.
