everyone would expect the price of altcoin to recover soon. starting in 2017 when the price of BTC goes up and down significantly, I think this is one of those moments where the price of altcoin is slowly falling and many are dying. and I think this will take a while to stabilize the price
I think the price of altcoin will increase that is certain, because this year and the previous year the price of altcoin has not experienced a significant increase, it can be said that in previous years altcoin declined, and after that decline there will definitely be an increase. So we have to be optimistic, but I also can't predict exactly when the time for altcoin can go up, it could be this year. We just need to buy and hold to welcome the altcoin season.

This question is always a question for those who have Altcoin and hope that there will be an increase in 2020.but in my opinion there is a possibility that an increase in bitcoin this year will affect a slight increase in altcoin, and predictions are not always true but will be the motivation and hope to continue to trust altcoin.
Keep in mind if ever the halving will pump bitcoin price, altcoin price usually falls whenever there's a rally in bitcoin price. Most investors sell their altcoin to take advantage of the rise of bitcoin prices. The market is unpredictable and no one knows if the halving will have the same effect as the last halving. Let's all just wait and see.

Of course everything is possible here in crypto, who would have thought that Bitcoin will reach as high as $20,000 in December 2017? Or Ethereum moving to 4 digit in January-February in 2018? However, this kind of movement only happens in a bull-run. So the obvious question is when is the next altcoin bullrun? That is a tricky question, in a nutshell no one can really tell, 2020? maybe/maybe not. No one can tell for certain. All we can do is hope as you have said, so we really need to closely monitor the current market sentiments specially that halving will be this year. It might have a domino effect in the altcoin market for all we know. So stay tuned.
It's been a good start for all the crypto as of now as we see bitcoin is doing good so the ombre r altcoins as well but it will be bit early to comment how the entire years is going to be with just one week's analysis. 2020 will indeed prove to be a good year for altcoins because already the value of altcoins are at rock bottom and any increase in the value would be an advantage for us. If anyone wants to invest into altcoins then this would be the right moment.
2019 wasn't that bad, I always say pump and dump both are a common part of crypto, you can't pick only one, so last year there were altcoin ups and down. Ethereum price went to 330 USD, and then it came to 115 USD when I checked the last time. The new year started, Ethereum and altcoin price is growing now, Ethereum crossed 140 USD after months, so, I hope this year we may see a good pump in altcoins.
It looks stable at the moment and some token and coin price went up recently which is very good news for alt traders. Traders lost a lot of money in 2019 because of huge price up and down in the btc market. We hope in 2020 they will recover their losses.
not only in 2019, you can see again in mid-2018 that the majority of altcoin has begun to lose its value until now, but I personally still believe that the highest altcoin on the market will soon increase in 2020. and of course all this is only time that can answer, it is important for us to be patient and always monitor market conditions so as not to lose the opportunity to sell.
all that could have happened if everyone took action to buy crypto simultaneously. if you only hope for a miracle, I'm sure it will never come true. to hope without action means that it is in vain.

only if altcoin dominance is higher than bitcoin, and even then still have to see a significant increase in bitcoin price, if the positive signal only starts from q4 or not at all, I worry for many new altcoins that have actively fought over the past 2 years, and some exchanges will died this year due to the continued decline in trade volume, and also intense competition in the crypto ecosystem.

In my view yes in 2020 altcoins can pump (not sure).If bitcoin dump then altcoins will be dump. Last two years altcoins surviving,if this years also dump then many altcoin will be dead or they will run away.Actually predict crypto is risky,this year high possibility to rise altcoins.

Yes its possible because we all expect that bitcoin price will goes up and altcoins will grow up to. 2019 altcoins become worse because they all drop and i bought some and keep it because i know this 2020 is the year of altcoins and I'll be positive because i know that soon bitcoin will boom. 
there are a lot of similar questions asked about altcoin will rise or good in 2020 ,my answer maybe same this time and you will see altcoin fluctuating just that mate ,either down or up we will get when halving bitcoin and I fully believe altcoin will rise in end 2020 but it still can't outperform rise ATH in the past but hopefully my opinion is wrong and altcoin will get a new ATH this year
Halving Bitcoin indeed is the benchmark for most people today, they believe that after Halving happens the price of Altcoin will reach the new ATH. I personally also think that the Altcoin season will start in this year and will reach peak in next year, 2021.
Possible as always but depends on what kind of alts you're holding.
If you have been bagholding totally useless altcoins and the other alts pump but yours didn't, don't blame the market because you have a bad set of altcoins. It's always a question and can easily be answered depending how you look to the market.

we see after bitcoin halving because all altcoins are greatly influenced by bitcoin whose market conditions are not yet stable and what's more hot now is that bitcoin is soaring high in iran but i don't know the clarity maybe anyone knows about this?
What kind of Altcoin do you want to improve this year? if new altcoins have run out of their funds, I guess that will make their projects die without the support of the community and others, but if those who still have funds and also investors especially large holders, maybe they will get an impact from the increase in bitcoin this year, but I do not guarantee it will go up on the altcoin market only a few that have potential and will have a good impact, this is just my thinking and the rest depends on them the founder of the altcoin project whether they are able to compete and develop this year
