I am positive on every coins you holding except for Theta, other projects adoption rate is pretty higher than Theta and I believe that use cases are what keeps a project alive during tough times but still it depends on how people are utilizing the project, Theta is good but its survival depends on the team more than the faithful community and fans. There are some coins that if we can buy and keep, it will be seen that in a few years we will get double profit from it. If all these types of coins can be bought then it is good for us and if we buy Affect Rockin then it is harmful for us.

CARDANO POKALDOT TERRA LUNA THETA Avax can really last long most of the qoutes here expected that the coin you wrote above can survive 10 to 20 years from now and i also have a speculation that 20 years is posible depending on what will be the next update in crypto if we can see good news each and every year then we can expect good about the crypto investment.

apart from that to be able to last for 10 or 20 years is definitely not something easy except for Ethereum which is a popular altcoin,
what is certain is that it is necessary to see its development first because to be able to survive that long of course it needs a development and an update too
These coins has chances to remain long in the crypto market but we cannot say which coin will boom. It's all about people interest and how the future trend work. It's very Good choice to add 40 percent to Etherium as we all know that it's the top Project after Bitcoin and first altcoin token.
Terra,Avax,theta, Cardano are not a bad choice because these coins are now part of crypto market and Usecase and demand is big for these coins so more chances that they will stay for long term

If it exists, of course, let alone ETH in my opinion.In the many years of history there has been no story of the coin experiencing a price drop that made the market sell all assets. They are patiently waiting for the price to rise in the market.
all of the tokens mentioned by the OP already have great support from investors and also have a large community including Avalanche, then all of the tokens above will continue to last even for the next 10 - 20 years.
Good coins will always last as long as the cryptocurrency market is still operating well and products like cryptocurrencies are still being bought by many people so that their durability is longer and it is very possible to even exceed the duration of the time you said.

Feels like even people far away from crypto are getting into staking now. So lately I decided to invest in such projects. And, you know, not in typical staking projects, but in smth, like

much more profitable.

I recently staked Juno,Atom and osmosis but now you can see these coin price and I am in 50% down in Juno and other coins also down so much.

Of the five altcoins I am very sure that ethereum will last for the next five years, but I am not sure about the rest of the altcoins of the five altcoins and if you have a little ethereum try to keep it for the next five years and let's see the results as a place for investment future.but what I'm most worried about is the potential for the tokens above to change names or networks (because developers collaborate with other chains or change ownership).

I don't know if this is good or bad, but I'm upset that Sheesha Finance is launching an educational platform. Like, it's going to be a lot harder to prey on fools who know nothing about crypto.

These altcoins that you mentioned are definitely will last long because these are in the top coins in coinmarketcap so I'm very sure that these coins can survive in 5 years. If you are planning to hold for long then it would profitable especially if the bull run happens they will pump for sure.
If for example the next Bullrun will not happen again, will holding all those altcoins also be profitable? I don't think so, although all these altcoins can last up to 10 years in the market or in the crypto space, because they can all get pumped when the market and Bitcoin have started to improve at market cap levels and prices are greater than now.
